Never had an issue changing a ticket from one to another TO have always been very helpful. Make sure you go to the customer service window's though not the Ticket sales windows as they don't really know what their doing.

Didn't MP at pre-season say that gaston will take a long time to get to the level of fitness due to playing in the cup during the summer and missing pre-season (Same was said about yoshi). However if she wants to just do it for email, web and facebook and such like then get an iPad. I have one and barley touch my Mac now. The 2010 Mac Book plastic machines are good and will run the latest software.
