Think we need to get in an experienced right back as James seems to get skinned week after week. This is another small step in the right direction. It'll be another tough one at home on Tuesday and I'll take a point now for that and then get into Watford at their place for the 3 points.

I'd take Lallana off and put McLaggon on. Don't think Lallana's a winger and a bit too lightweight for CM.

I am hoping this Wotte thing will be sorted on Monday when they announce (hopefully) at the Press Conference that Aidy Boothroyd is to take over as manager after the Norwich game.

Have they just swapped roles? Wotte head coach and Jan now Reserve team coach? Anyhoo lets hope we have the new manager effect against a team......... with a new manager.
