  1. Pretty shrewd for sight by Les Reed. He knows we are going back to the championship and wants to avoid us having an out of control wage bill. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. 45 minutes left of Pellegrino and Reed. Both need to go Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. A footballers career is so short, we can't begrudge him for wanting to play champions league, winning trophies and getting paid more. Let's just hope we get a monster fee and some young international players to replace him. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. It's disappointing we are even in this position after the growth we have had in the last five years. I think we will get a few wins on the trot and be safe. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Are we really that disappointed? We got him cheap, got the best years out of him and sold him well in the twilight of his career. We just sold him for what purchase VVD for.. Let's say we just made room for the next great purchase. Unless of course Les comes out and tells us how much depth we have in our back 4 and we don't need anyone else. 6. Transfer rumours are rife here down under but I have caught wind of a low key ITK.. Newspapers report K.Liebherr was seen depositing gold bullions in a mint after the sale of Mane and Pelle. Not sure how much stock one can take in this, gold is a bit pricey these days. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. The poor lady is probably concerned she could run out of money. Bless Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. This is not a troll. Genuine question.. Why are we penny pinchers. The owner of the club is a middle aged woman who is worth 500 billion? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Injection of T.v. Funds, major new sponsors with record deals, the sale of three of our starting line up for serious coin and we are buying ****ing journeyman players that would struggle to get a game for last year's Aston Villa. What a time to be alive. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Here is what a lot of'expert's thought of Ranieri.. https://m.reddit.com/r/soccer/comments/4hjy81/what_pundits_were_saying_about_ranieris/ I think the club has earnt our trust even if it is a manager that is not well known, as others have said we could have the best manager in the world and struggle to retain 6th Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Unless NA thinks he is closer to the first team squad than Barnard/Forte ect.. he looks very good. Not sure what Tottenham are doing Here are some reports of his adventures in junior level (Curious if his size and strength is the reason for his goal scoring ability) Posted 15 August 2010 - 08:09 PM Kudus Oyenuga struck twice as our Under-18s beat Manchester United 3-1 in their final pre-season friendly on Saturday. Posted 18 August 2010 - 05:31 PM That was good Euan, cheers for posting. Typical biased commentary on the United Channel, there was absolutely no debate for our penalty call whatsoever! Kudus Oyenuga and Harry Kane look very promising, they'll be the next couple to go out on loan IMO. 25 August 2010 Kudus Oyenuga struck twice as our Spurs XI beat Leicester City 3-1 in a training ground friendly on Wednesday. Posted 29 September 2010 - 04:37 PM Our Spurs XI team delivered a five-star show in the second half to beat Norwich City 4-0 in a training ground friendly on Wednesday. Kudus Oyenuga opened the scoring five minutes into the half after Harry Kane unselfishly drew the goalkeeper and squared for the striker to slot home. It was soon 2-0 as Kyle Naughton and M'poku released Nathan Byrne into the box, he beat a couple of defenders and crossed for Oyenuga to head onto the crossbar and Tom Carroll was there to bury the rebound. Posted 03 October 2010 - 09:46 AM Our Under-18s came from 3-1 down to draw 3-3 against Bristol City in the Premier Academy League on Saturday. Posted 01 November 2010 - 12:35 PM Our youngest team so far this season led twice but were pegged back for a draw against Coventry City in the Premier Academy League. Kudus Oyenuga (pictured) restored our lead with a fine finish one-on-one five minutes into the second half before the Sky Blues levelled again for 2-2 in the 75th minute. An early response was needed in the second half and Kudus Oyenuga delivered with an opportunist strike 10 minutes after the restart. Posted 18 November 2010 - 01:46 PM Our Development Squad travelled to Lisbon on Wednesday to take part in a friendly match against a young Sporting Lisbon side at the Academia Sporting Puma - regarded as one of the best training facilities in Europe - coming away with a 3-2 victory. Having gained some confidence from taking the lead, Tim Sherwood's side were further ahead on 75 minutes when Kudus Oyenuga dispossessed a defender before setting up Kane to grab his second of the match with a tidy finish into the bottom right hand corner. It goes on and on but he either scores in every game or sets up goals..
  12. lets get the 9 from chelsea, josh mchearn?
  13. It wasnt a rumour, just a thought. We need to be more ambitious otherwise we will bounce straight back down if we get promoted. It's not like the money isnt there, we are sitting clear in first, this is the time to try and bring in some quality.
  14. http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story/_/id/983481/diniyar-bilyaletdinov-%27working-on%27-everton-exit?cc=3436 3 - 6 month loan, or 1 year purchase? We are on the verge of the premier league, this is the time we need to really table an offer for a player of premier league calibre, he probably wouldnt come but if he starred for us I believe it would secure his Euro spot and he would have a generous bonus for helping us join the premier league? Maybe im dreaming big...
  15. Surely this is a troll by the opening post? Many negative remarks about his intelligence come to mind but whats the point. Hopefully next time we can field a full strength team for an important clash like this, trivial matters such as promotion need not bother our selection criteria. In all seriousness though, this is a great way for young players to continue their development. Win, loss or draw fringe players and juniors need chances to grow, official games like this are perfect.
