I've just seen the video on bbc news, and that is totally ****ing disgraceful actions by the OB. The guy clearly posed no threat whatsoever and the copper just waded in on him for no reason. As for this Smyth idiot, it makes you wonder whether he's even bothered to watch it. Its pretty clear to me that the guy was doing nothing wrong and you wonder why he has to come out and try to defend the pc responsible. It's clearly indefensible.
