Pardew needs at least 10 league games before any rash decisions IMO. Saturday was not great but a bit of perspective please - Plymouth are a good side with a solid defence and we missed our 2 best players. We should have taken something from the game, probably won it by half time but that's football. To say that the current team (without additions) wouldn't make even the top 6 is ludicrous, there are some very poor teams in this division (as well as some good) and we still have the core of the team that accumulated 82 points last year. A long way to go yet, although I will be more worried if we don't sign another striker and a wide player with pace by the end of the transfer window.

I commute to London daily from Winchester. It works out a lot cheaper to buy a return to Basingstoke and a return from there to Waterloo. About 35 I think, 20ish with a railcard If you do this make sure the train you catch calls actually does call at Basingstoke. If you want to use the underground an oyster card may well be cheaper than a travelcard, depending on where you are going. Hope this helps.

Harsh sentences, however if you are stupid enough to do it/get caught then you must pay the price. Everybody knows they would be made an example of, so you can hardly complain and I have little sympathy. Having said that a year for 'throwing a hubcap' as claimed, is ridiculous.

Last seasons instalment plan was not a credit agreement. It was just 6 seperaye card payments taken monthly. No credit checks were done. If you don't believe me check your credit report

DD maybe they don't want to have to take out another credit agreement just to watch the football. Every other club in league 1 has a payment plan, I don't see why saints couldn't have charged 5 or 10% extra for the privilege
