COMEONYOUREDS replied to fanimal's topic in Saints Away Supporters
why are the tickets blue? -
Best thread ever. Hypo, you say this forum is a distraction, from what? Seems like you spend your entire life on here, do you have a life to be distracted from? you're way out of order with your comments, do you think its a coincidence there is noone here to back you up? Thanks for the updates/efforts Steve and Baj, at least some of us appreciate it

Yeh it does that to everyone, to get access you need to get someone in the ticket office to reset it for you. its because all customer numbers automatically have an online account, but you can't reset the password as it has no email address registered with it. Another balls up by the ticket office! Send an email to tickets@saintsfc.co.uk and they will sort it for you -

You should get them. Ours averaged less than that and they have shown up on my online account this afternoon, check that if you have registered for it. If they put it through on your credit card today it most likely wont show until tomorrow. -

I only came back on here to respond to you, I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings with my comments. Clearly you are one of those trolls on here who just wants to twist peoples posts into something they're not, how very sad. You're as bad as alpine, delldays, hypo and stu but less funny. IMO people who go to every away game are nutters, but fair play to them. The uber fan comment was really only directed at you because you seem like such a **** No I dont have time to ring round his family and ask if they can find out, but I do have time to post a couple of times on here. Why do you care anyway? -

... In your case. Clearly given the number of games you and your friends have been to you will rightly get tickets, and maybe your second batch will too. But the example I just gave you would mean someone who hasnt been to a single away game would get a ticket, based on saintwiz getting one on his own with 4, using this average system the ticket office are using. To be honest I don't care how you applied for your tickets, doesn't mean everyone did it like that. I also don't have time to sit down and work out how many away games my friend (who is out of the country and not contactable) has been to and recorded on his account. We're not all uber fans whose entire lives revolve around saints. Of course, this all depends on the people in the ticket office actually allocating the tickets using the sytem. I have little faith from past experience this will be the case. -

I know that, i'm not stupid. I honestly didn't think it would be so popular and I thought that it would go to general sale. As someone else has pointed out Pompey away went to general sale last time we played down there, for example. Do you not think it is a stupid way of allocating tickets? I.e. someone who has say 10 aways applies with somebody with 0, they both get tickets as they average 5. Therefore your "It was done for those who do go to most games together" statement doesnt really add up. Just a thought. -

Surely there cant be that many fans who will average more than 3 or so games? I know we have some nutters who do every/most away games but given we average 1.5/2k ish (total guess?) on the road this season that must mean with 3+ you should get a ticket. I am worried now as I have no idea how many games were on the other 4 STs I applied with.... probably less than my 4, or is it 5? What a stupid way of allocating tickets, absolute nonsense. -

LOL! I work at a structural engineering practice. I have worked with many architects and I can assure you they do use sketchup! 99% of them have no idea how a steel structure behaves so I wouldn't read too much into it, that is just a concept. To be honest they have done a pretty good job compared to some of the things I've seen architects produce. What I understand is that SMS was built so that that the chapel, kingsland and northam stand could have a second tier built behind them, all you really need to do is remove the roof, remove the cladding from the outside, build the new structure and roof and reclad. The reason the itchen can't be expanded is the offices built where the new stand would go, to expand it you would have to demolish the front part of the stadium and rebuild. Im not sure if that's even possible as the stand itself may be supported off it. As for the concept that architect has proposed, it is feasible that that could be built, the extra stands would have to be supported off the arches spanning over the ground. However the cost of this would massively outweigh the the other method. If we see SMS expanded its going to be the first option

This TDD. I posted something similar earlier which was totally ignored. NI took the **** with that silverspoons nonsense and those awful t shirts. Not condoning the clubs actions without all the facts but 1 thing that is fact is that silverspoons was a rip off and was organised by nick using the clubs name/logo. -

Surely this is all down to the 'COYR' business adventure Nick and others went into???? Remember, the one that used the clubs name & badge to rip off fellow saints fans and sell tacky merchandise outside the stadium - thus taking potential business away from teh megastore Whilst I dont agree with the club's actions i'm not so sure NI is as innocent as he or that report makes out? I could be wrong -
certainly more amusing than the real you

To be honest this is becoming a farce. Some of the tabloids are obsessed with printing these stories with no substance whatsoever, at the moment there is one story a day from all the major papers/football sites about alex leaving. Tribal football, the 2nd worst football news site ever is just making up stories the latest: Man Utd plan to buy Oxlade-Chamberlain and loan him back to Southampton. ******. Its clear that liverpool et al are greasing these journos to print this crap. All it does is destabilise the lad. I doubt anyone will offer 10m, especially up front. Remember victor moses at palace being linked with a 20m move to barca, ended up going to wigan for 3m or something. We should not sell unless we are offered ridiculous money up front and we should give alex a new contract to show our faith in him

where did you get that impression from has he told you he wants to leave?

I dont understand how Fugler's are so wrapped up in all this.... they are just a small estate agency/solicitor firm. They are a stones throw from where i work in London

To be fair to posters on this board, if the chief investigating officer hadn't seemingly based the entire investigation around a pizza then this case might not be attracting the sort of bad jokes it has been?
