Dear Football League Given Portsmouth have now been confirmed as relegated from League One, will the Football League be making a statement regarding the 10 point deduction that was due to take place this season? Obviously now this will have no effect in punishing Portsmouth for diluting their original CVA that came out from an earlier administration (sorry, lost count of the number of insolvency events). It is in the best interests of football that the 10 points will now be deducted in League 2 when the consortium of local businessmen/property developers are successful with their takeover, to ensure that the club receives the appropriate punishment to maintain the integrity of the competition. I’m sure you will agree, as will fans of AFC Bournemouth, Luton Town and so on. Regards

standard practice.. i hit an old volvo at even less than 5mph 3 years ago. Woman driving it claimed whiplash and right off, my insurance paid out as they said it wasn't worth contesting, even though there wasn't even a scratch on my car. I got phoned up a month ago by admiral saying the woman had come back with a 2nd claim for the passenger.. they have said they'll contest it this time as that is a bit unusual so long after the incident.. i'm not affected, but hopefully she'll get found out and end up with a very expensive legal bill, that'll teach her.
