The season Leeds started on -15 the points total for getting into the Play offs was 76. Effectively leeds gained 91 points that season which would have been enough for 2nd place. We've been nowhere near that sort of mark this season. I think the main difference between them that season and us this season was that Leeds overcome thier points deduction relatively quickly. With Huddersfield (in 6th currently) on 58 points, I'd expect it would be more than 76 points to get into the play off this year. Maybe 80ish?

I went in the store at the stadium before the Ipswich game and it seemed there wasn't hardly anything left other than replica shirts anyway. Wouldn't have thought there was much more to shift in any concourse sale.

What time train are you getting?

Normally yes, but my 16 year old lad will be with us and also the wife is off ghost hunting the previous night (long story!) and will only have had about four hours sleep on the sunday morning so she wouldn't be up for a beer up in London. So it'll be back to my local for a beer or seven after the game. (And there will be copious amounts of beer in the fridge in the limo anyway! :-)

As usual I've not managed to get my backside into gear and sort out travel to Wembley next month. At the moment, the train from Swindon to London for the JPT is £34.30 inclusive of tube. Now.... I've had a quote for a stretch limo that comes in at £43.75 each if we fill it with 8 people. I know its a little more money than the train but i quite fancy this and i thought it could be quite a laugh. We can take beer with us and not get crammed on the tube before and after the game. Anybody do it for the final in Cardiff? There are currently four of us, so we are after four more. Anyone in the North Wilts area fancy it?

Can we get a falcon display in and then get them to fly it straight into the disabled section? That was funny as f**k at the Dell :-)

You can retune you sky box so that Meridian is listed on "Services" -> "Other Channels". I set mine ages ago but cant remember how to do it. I'm sure if you did a quick search, you'd be able to find out how to do it.

Got back from Egypt (Red Sea resort of Sharm el Sheikh) on Sunday. Absolutley fantastic. Great weather, Good food and drink, Fantstic snorkeling and scuba diving. Stayed at a water park hotel called Aqua Blu. Totally recommended.

Just got back to Swindon. Great game and a thouroughly deserved win I thought Jaidi won everything in the air and he was my man of the match. Excellent games also from Thomas (What a goal!!), Mills and Barnard making his debut. This is my view of the 2nd goal.......
