We now know 8 of the 14 teams (could be 13 teams if Man Utd win their group) we could meet IF we go through Definantly seeded are.... Zenit St Petersburg (Russia) AS Roma (Italy) Shakhtar Donetsk (Ukraine) FC Schalke (Germany) Ajax (Holland) FC Copenhagen (Denmark) Lyon (France) Besiktas (Turkey) Other group winners will be seeded and these will be..... - Fenerbache (if they win Man Utd's group) - Apoel Nicosia or Olympiakos - Anderlecht or St Ettiene - Genk or Ath Bilbao - Fiorentina or Qarabag or PAOK Salonika - Osmanlıspor or Zürich or Villarreal or Steaua Bucharest
-
They will be unseeded as we will be. So we can't be drawn against them
-
4 teams dropping down from the champions league who we could be drawn against IF we go through tomorrow FC Copenhagen Lyon Besiktas (Spurs also seeded but we can't draw them)
-
Correct. Any score draw and we're out
-
Brazzer. Good words. Just to confirm the people protesting tomorrow have nothing to do with the club or southampton fans. They are just there because an isreali team is playing.
-
Hojberg was there. Didn't see Boufal though
-
Away from politics...... Saints team are currently training ahead of tomorrows game.
-
So after tonight's games the following teams all fall into the Europa League Ludogorets Rostov Besiktas Borrusia Monchengladbach
-
Nope. Swindon
-
Didn't think of Visa's. I'd agree with your list of clubs above though. Add in Nicosia for a bit of warmth.(compared to here)
-
I really fancy St Petersburg as a couple of days trip. Direct flights and hotel currently showing at £200. Minus 6 average February temps will add a challenge to it though
-
So now we are heading into the last set of group games for Champions League and Europa the our possible opponents are starting to become clearer (IF we progress through ourselves on Thursday) As we know, should we go through we will be unseeded as Sparta Prague have claimed top spot so we will either play a Europa League group winner or one of the four 3rd placed unseded teams from the Champions League. So far there are five teams guaranteed to be seeded. They are........ Zenit St Petersburg AS Roma Shakhtar Donetsk FC Schalke Ajax Other teams currently in place to be seeded through the Europa League top placed teams (subject to change on Thursday) are...... Fenerbache Apoel Nicosia Anderlecht Genk Fiorentina Osmanlispor And currently in third place in the Champions League (again subject to change tonight and tomorrow) we have..... Ludogorets Besiktas Borussia Mönchengladbach Rostov Spurs (who we cant be drawn against in the round of 32) Sporting Lisbon FC Copenhagen Lyon

I broke my arm at that match. Stood on the Milton behind the goal with a barrier in front of me. When ruddock scored everyone went mental and in the surge my arm got smashed against the barrier. -

So many things from that Luton game you wont see now..... Plastic pitch Fences Netting in front of the away fans Great to see the little kid in the home end celebrating Cockerill's goal. Wonder if he's here on this board? -
Leeds were given 5300 for the quarter final last week

Wednesday 25th January

Great to see that the price of the Liverpool tickets have been kept low for the semi final when it would have been easy for them to raise them with it being such a massive game. A note for the Northam fans too.... I'm a ST holder in block 41 so tweeted the club yesterday to see if our seats would be available or not with Liverpool taking a larger cup allocation. They tweeted straight back saying that we do not have to move as has happened in the past.
-
Correct. We do not sell in January. I'm fully consigned to losing him next summer and if he goes to Man City or one of the big Spanish clubs he'll have my blessing as I feel lucky to have had him. I'll be annoyed if he goes to a Liverpool or Man Utd

10% according to this report. https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/210413/celtic-transfer-news-virgil-van-dijk-could-net-hoops-3m-windfall-as-manchester-united-battle-liverpool-for-southampton-defender/
-
Don't forget that there's also a sell on fee to Celtic which is reported at 10% which would reduce any profit that we make on him
