Can't argue with your other choices but Fonte is not Premiership quality. He is too lightweight and easily bossed. Look at the way Jason Roberts (deemed surplus to requirements by a crap Prem club) dominated him last Friday. Fonte is a weak link in our defence and should be replaced whether we go up or not.

I think we'll get 7 points from our remaining games with a draw at Middlesboro. We played very well against Reading and on another night we would have gotten a point or three. Reading rode their luck - as teams on a run sometimes do. Peterboro / Coventry are near the bottom because they are crap! Not too bothered if we don't go up anyway as I living in the Midlands I get to go to quite a few away games (plus Wolves next year!). While you want your team to progress, not sure I would feel the same way about a successful season if the objective is to simply reach 40 points each year.

I think we will get 7 points from last three games with a draw at Middlesboro. I think if West Ham are going to slip up it will be at Leicester (they have a team that can play if its arsed).

Whether they are relegated or not doesn't matter to me. I always thought that relegated teams sometimes play better when the pressure is off anyway. If we play to our potential we will win regardless of what Coventry do - they are not Reading.

I don't hate Guly. I just don't think he is good enough. His main offence is that for a man on £ks a week he doesn't always seem to try hard enough (most notably not manning up in the derby game at Fratton Park to stop them scoring).

We won't go up this year. Got a feeling that WHAM will catch us and Reading will be Champions. Not necessarily a bad thing. Another year to get stronger defensively - need a dependable centre half to partner Hoosveldt and a better right back.

Whatever happens this season Adkins should be given the chance through to end of Contract. If we struggle in the Championship next season then it may be time for a change. A poor run when we are still second is not the right time to change managers anyway. If i have learned only one thing as a Saints fan over the last decade is that constantly changing managers is not a recipe for instant success. After the amazing season and a half before this loss of form I am astonished by how fickle some of the fans on here are these days.
