With the summer in theory not far away I want to use it as the kickstart to getting healthier and more active. Just wondered if anything uses the wristbands that appear popular at the moment and if so what they think to them? There appears to be the jawbone, Fitbit or Microsoft band as the main ones. Anyone recommend one over the others? Thanks

Nah contracts will all run to the same date, so signing earlier just means paying wages for longer.
-
Clyne at the Liverpool end of season event? Doubt it!
-
Nope, hopefully we will offload him in the summer and reinvest whatever we get for him in someone else. Apart from Toby I can't see us wanting to sign any of the loans we've had in either
-
If he scored us 15 goals a season I wouldn't care how good his all round play was! Forwards main job is to score goals.
-
If it is green and blue it'll be interesting to hear the reason behind the colours. If it is a link up with an American team I wonder if they will announce that first. Also I hope that team takes our red and white in return too.

Drop Clyne a message on Twitter and see if he'll sign it for your lad.

A better option that Elia? http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/southampton-set-sights-8million-rated-spartak-5583664

I don't see them as our rivals, and wish them well next year. I personally don't see why as fans we should treat them any differently to other sides. All a bit sad if we start treating them like our rivals to be honest

Hopefully this is ok with mods, but I have just posted a guess who football game on my website. Retro photos of players for you to identify http://www.the93rdminute.co.uk/guesswhofootball.html Feel free to take a look and have a guess or 4.

We have to go to them. its possible but I think the battle for 5-7th is what we are going to be involved in
-
I know the stats are good for us when we score first this season, as we have only dropped 2 points (chelsea at home) but does anyone know what they are for when we go one behind?
-
Just sent you a DM of something I hope you find of interest.
-
I think his move to Liverpool did that!
-
Poor Gallagher, has a lot of expectation put upon him to be this superstar forward. He was only just breaking into the squad, now people see him as the Pelle replacement etc..
-
A game we need to win to keep up any chance of a top 6 finish. Didn't realise looking at the remaining 9 games of all the team, how similar ours and THFC games are. 8 of the 9 teams we have left to play THFC play too.
-
signed a new 2 yr contract. Odd one at first glance, would have thought he would have been let go considering he hasn't really made any impact on the 1st team this season.
-
Did anyone place any preseason bets on Saints that look likely to come in? I did £25 on a top half finish at 7/5.
-
It appears we have a new whipping boy then. Now Mane has hit some form we have moved on to someone else.
-
I'd go Forster Clyne Toby Fonte Bertrand Big Vic Morgan Davis JWP Mane Pelle
-
I would say it is upto him. If he doesn't want to sign for a club he doesn't have to. The player has the power as we have seen. He could just say I will only sign for southamtpon.

Mark Forbes has agreed to do a Q&A for our website http://www.the93rdminute.co.uk If anyone has anything they would like us to ask please say. It's more of a behind the scenes kinda approach to what a kitman does other than just lay out the kits :-) Thanks

We will have (hopefully) Toby and Ryan back in the defence for next week and Big Vic and Morgan starting in centre mid. So we will get our defensive spine back again. It's a shame our attack have gone off form all together. At the start of the season i think everyone would have taken 6th or 7th, but i feel anything more than that we let slip when we didn't get an alternative to Pelle in the window. He is out of form, but we don't have a like for like replacement to enable him to have a rest.
