  1. He wasn't on his arse when he hit it, he had got up again, briefly. He was on his arse (actually lying on his back) as the ball rolled over the line, but that probably isn't quite so uncommon.
  2. Every team could have won the FA Cup if they hadn't been knocked out. So the answer is yes, but pointless.
  3. I thought the same. I was actually tempted to create a manipulated version featuring NY, America, blah, blah, blah, snooker, referee, maths, blah, blah, blah. I suspect that "New" fell fowl of my stop word trap - that removes common words. Or...perhaps...I don't mention where I live as much as you'd like to imagine I do, you old sauce! Aids Victim then? Well, this poster does have Aids and likes hanging around Jill and Boj*. *my lawyers have instructed me to add that neither Jill nor Boj have been diagnosed with Aids, to the best of my knowledge
  4. Who found it here, to be precise. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?49328-Saints-2nd-in-the-league
  5. I'm here (England dressing room) tonight in a work capacity.
  6. Is all this just coming from the fact he is tall, and it's weird seeing a tall fullback?
  7. Out of interest, who do Man City fans moan about? Demichelis?
  8. Thanks Bletchster - I got the smarts! Was this the one known as Plastic Saint? He used to like a bit of Boj and Jill.
  9. Do I get my word cloud now?
  10. J. R. Hartley. What, all of them??
  11. Didn't fit our angelic pretty-boy branding.
  12. It was Window Cleaner mate. His name is shown at the top of the post.

    Clegg vs Farage

Interesting you say that, as I see the world's 8th largest economy can't and is itself trying to split. Won't happen though as ultimately Washington won't let them California have 12 Senators where everyone else gets 2. http://www.cbsnews.com/news/california-to-split-into-six-states-plan-may-get-on-ballot/
  14. Yeah, sure. It's particularly good raw actually. Tell him next time he sees one in the sea he should go and have a little nibble on it.
  15. Top joke!! Sorryia
  16. I really don't think it is important for us to finish strongly this year, to be honest. I'd like us to, but can't see it'd really matter if we didn't. We had a weak end to last year as the season just petered out, and it didn't harm us for this season.
  17. Well, if they're not turning a profit then its kind of a moot point.
  18. Meh, you should have flown into Newark, then taken the Northeast Corridor. Would have been there in under an hour.
  19. Can you point out one thing on there which is provably untrue that has been on there for more than one day?
  20. They're really not though, are they.
  21. Physioroom.com reckons they'll both be back on Sat. Would be lovely to have no injured players (touch all sorts of wood). http://www.physioroom.com/news/english_premier_league/epl_injury_table.php
  22. To be fair, Carroll's being doing everything possible to not be selected too.
  23. I usually agree with a lot of what you say MLG, but you are being overly generous on our midfield / attackers today and letting them off incredibly lightly. We all know Jos / Kelv and maybe Maya are limited, but its all too easy to say everything was their fault. We let in one goal from a long range strike, while on the other hand we didn't create any goalscoring opportunities of note, other than one great chance that was spooned over from 2 yards out. I do hear what you're saying, but agree with the other poster who says the defence is not what lost us the game today. The attacking unit need to do better than cry foul that they didn't get good enough passes from the centre backs.
  24. You mean the player who has actually joined another club? I think that more than qualifies as being "linked" with a move!
  25. Roses are red, Violets are blue, Come over to my bed -room and I'll take you up the ars*.
