Alain Pardieu...manager of Nouveu-castille. Is an 8 year contract genius or craziness??

Heard the Oldham fans singing "Jose Baxter Baby" to the tune of Human League's "Dont you want me baby". I always thought this was a Saints original. Did they steal this off us...or did we get it off them (or somewhere else?). In any case, the name Fonte rhymes with "want me" alot better than Baxter! This is one of my favourite player chants...great tune as well! One of my other favourite player chants is Fulham's "Whoa Big Brede...Hangeland" to tune of Ram Jam's "Black Betty...Bam-ba-lam". Genius. Originality is key, and we've got some great chant-makers in the Northam, so more original chants please, not regurgitating the same old same old.

Saints, scouts and Cortese are defo doing something right...if you look at the players we have signed or almost signed since the summer: Buttner: Terms agreed with Saints, then a-GREED with United at 11th hour Michu: Heavily linked with Saints well before anyone else (we missed a trick there) Gaston: Beat Spurs and Liverpool to his signature Clyne: All the "big" clubs courting him...chose Saints Forren: On trial at Liverpool, targeted by Everton, 11th hour signing for Saints Coutinho: About to sign for Saints(?) over Liverpool All this points to highly successful scouting network, a confident chairman and a massive leap in our profile that in the transfer market we are competing with (and beating!) the "big" clubs. Brendan Rodgers must be hating us right now, but I'd say our upward curve has crossed over Liverpools downward spiral and we are now a more enticing prospect to potential signings. After decades (90s & 00s) of selling off the family jewels, scraping the bargain basement, signing has-beens and obscure foreigners we are now entering a phase, more like the early 80s, of a high-profile, high-ambition football club. Very exciting indeed Combine all this with the best youth academy in the land and a fantasic training system and facilites (Rickie. Spider, Cork, Fonte all converted from good League One players into excellent Premier League players) and I would say THE FUTURE'S BRIGHT...THE FUTURE'S RED AND WHITE (PINSTRIPES)

Thou shalt not blaspheme against Le God

More of a ball-man than a ball-boy. Bit of mountain out of a mole hill, but still feckin funny. Would understand if it had been a 9 year boy and a hartson-berkovic head kick, but it's a toe-poke under a bloke who looks like he's just rolled out of a welsh boozer. Torres would've missed him, Cole would've shot him & Terry would have ****ged his mother! Turns out the ball-man is the son of a Swansea director worth 42 million squid! The Chelsea squad even stayed at his hotel. Check out the full story: http://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/swansea-ball-boy-charlie-morgan-made-twitter-boasts-he-would-time-waste-8464600.html

Everyone is lavishing praise on our attacking four of Gaston, Punch, Adam and SRL and our full backs Nat and Luke, and rightly so, they bring us the creativity and penetration, but it seems to me that Spider and Cork's partnership in the centre circle has been the real basis our recent development. Our turn in fortunes perfectly correlates to Jack's return from injury. They are the real engine of the team: breaking up opposition attacks; picking out short, simple, effective and accurate passes; immediate high tempo pressure; sensible and aggresive tackling; excellent fitness, the list goes on. And dont fall into the misconception that they are purely defensive midfielders, Ive spotted many intellegent, lung-busting runs supporting the attacks and counter-attacks. They wont get the goals or the headlines, but their drive and determination will take us a long way. It's time we gave them some credit and some chants?

Brilliant Bearsy, it all adds up. Nothing like stone cold facts in our investagative journalism. We put the Echo to shame. Sounds like Poncho Teeno is a player...poor old Fonte Baby will have to lock up his wife again. Wonder what the "good genetic stock" of Portsmuff is?? Can you calculate it? Bit strange how the Argies have a place called Murphy as well as towns such as Rawson, Hudson, Hurlingham, Temperley, Banfield, O'Higgins; and they even play rugby and polo....yet they try to claim that the Falklands Islands are thiers!! Weirdos. -
I think I’ve figured it out. Cortese is a genius. Messi is actually Pochettino’s love child and will sign next week in order to be with his Papa. Cortese found out about this as the Cortese and Pochettino families originate from the same village in Southern Italy and Nicola has just pulled off the coup of the century. Look at the facts: - Pochettino was in the Newells Old Boys youth team in 1986 as a 15 year old. He had a brief teenage romance with Maria, the daughter of the club’s owner, and nine months later, out pops Lionel. Obviously this was a local scandal, and a huge cover-up was set in motion. Surprise, surprise, in 1995 when Lionel turns 12, which club does he join? Newells Old Boys. Coincidence? I think not. - Lionel joins Barcelona in 2000 aged 13. He found the first few years very tough and was incredibly homesick. He wants to be close to his Dad, and surprise, surprise which club does Pochettino join in 2004? Espanyol…in Barcelona. Coincidence? I think not. - Want some photographic evidence…check out this link : Messi obviously “looks up” to his Dad. Coincidence? I think not. Everything is organized, Pochettino will fly to Barcelona next week, and bring Lionel back in his hand luggage. I just hope he’s as good as Chris Marsdinho, I was lucky enough to be at Portman Road in 2002 and witnessed the most Messi-esque goal I have ever seen live: http://www.myspace.com/video/let-39-s-rock-and-roll/chrissy-marsden-football-genius/31751498. Messi and Marsden both begin with the letter M. Coincidence? Probably.
