That is what is happening. As I said before with Spurs, they are nowhere near a deal and from what I've heard Toby isn't interested. Sounds like Atletico are just ****ing around. Poot Clyney. All he needs to do is sign for Liverpool or Man Utd, then he will meet Roy's criteria for being able to walk into the team. Nice of Roy to admit form doesn't count for much.
