well you're seemingly the most intelligent guy on here so thought you may have worked it out. I was referring to survival from relegation. I believe we must win today to keep our hopes alive. But then of course I'm sure you will be quick to point out how this is not the case as there are still 15 points to play for after today. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

This really is our last chance, even a draw may not be enough with our rivals' fixtures. We need a bit of inspiration from somewhere and the sort of performance we've not seen at home for two years. It's a big ask but just hoping Hughes can get the best out of us. Massive day tomorrow. It's been a shocking season but lets all get behind the team. COYR Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

Hopefully Hughes will mix things up but I fear it is too late. It does seem that the only players who give a **** are the likes of Austin, JWP, Yoshida and Long. I'd play all of them today. At least they will be decent in the Championship for us. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

11/10 still. incredible. If it was any of the 5 teams above us in our position they'd be long odds on. Wonder when the bookies will finally realise how bad we are? Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

We can potentially go 14th with a win. Our biggest game in years, just hope we are up for it Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

Austin straight into the 11! Decent attacking line up. We have to get at them early. Feeling confident now, 2-0 Saints Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

booom. That's game won for me. We've seriously upped it second half. Hojberg's first ever shot on target? Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

the year before then. Lost 1-0 at home to Swansea on the sunday then drew 0-0 with West Ham midweek also at home. That was our big opportunity to make the top 4 and we bottled it. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

The West Ham game is the biggest game since we played them them at home under Koeman 3 years ago; we would have made the Champions League imo that season if we won that but we bottled it. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

I celebrated the news like we had scored a goal. Forgot what that feels like Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

Why isn't the Local media putting the pressure on?

it's just bizarre. Even on sky sports etc. Pellegrino seems to be getting off lightly. Surely other football fans must look at our situation and expect him to be sack. Only if we had been promoted the season before would such results be acceptable. I've lost all faith in Les Reed. He has become so obsessed by the whole business model and 'Southampton Way' that he has lost sight of the number one goal of winning football matches. I expect they are too busy calculating player sales im the summer. Never in 25 years have I been so frustrated as a Saints fan. We've been in darker times undoubtedly, but the situation we are in now has been easily avoidable. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk -
another one of our rivals playing with 'intensity' and getting hammered. Can't wait for tomorrow's first 10 minutes of intensity by Stoke before they get smashed 5-0 Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

Our worst performance for three years. We are down now, so he needs to be sacked tonight as this is unacceptable. It really doesn't matter who comes in for the last few games. And if Les doesnt do it then he needs to go too. Massive rebuilding job to do now in the Championship Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

thank **** for that. Although I get the impression some on here would prefer a 'high intensity' 3-2 defeat to a classic Pellegrino 0-0 draw. We are just about hanging in there. Next two games our our biggest for the last three years Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

The thing is the bookies are basing it on the quality of the squad. I'm aware on paper our team might look better than say, Huddersfield. However they are not performing under our manager. At 7/2 you really are unlikely to find many better value bets over the next few years. We should be even money at best. Let's make the best of a bad situation. Fill your boots! probably our biggest game for three years. A scrappy 1-0 will do fine Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

it's a better draw than City but Wigan will still fancy their chances against us Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

still 4/1. incredible. I just don't get that. Surely the bookies can see how poor we have been so far? The way to beat a successful gambler is to take opportunities when you have the edge. Clearly they haven't watched us enough. I don't want us to go down but may as well take advantage to pay for a holiday Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

our recent record against them is not that bad. Apart from the last game we've only taken a beating ay the hands of Suarez and Coutinho. I think on this occasion we need to sit back for a bit and contain them. If we can stay level at half time then we can win it. Difficult call but I'm gonna go for a 1-1 draw. We need to ignore how much we hate Liverpool and look ay this as an important game where we really need to pick up at least a point. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

March is a massive month for us. I have a feeling we may take a point this sunday. I'm more worried about the Burnley game. Theres still enough games left to go on a little run and as much as we want MP gone, he got the line up spot-on on saturday and if we set up like that going forward then it should be enough. I just hope the board have some candidates lined up in the summer and act more decisively. Lets not forget, the decision to take three weeks to sack Puel is what has left us in this mess Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

incredible how many chances he's had. Having said that, 2 wins could turn our season round and buy him some more time. I still recall Alan Smith on coms before the Spurs game at Wembley saying MP has not had time to show us what he's about or to impose his style of play. He'd had half a ****ing season mate. I believe any of the names mentioned (Hughes, Bilic, Silva) could get us out of this mess. The problem with Pellegrino is he needs to win at least five more games, which is difficult to see. think Pellegrino might have something to say about it Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

our biggest game for 3 years. really starting to think its too late. I am sick of MP, but we simply must win this game. If we lose or draw then surely, surely he is gone? Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

absolutely incredible the bookies still rate us. If MP stays we are surely odds on. Once he ****s up again on Saturday it may be too late even for a new manager. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

absolutely ****ing shocking line up. I will be amazed if we even score. He really couldnt send out a more negative side. This really could be the one of the worst days in our recent history. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
