Actually perversely this could be a good thing. He took a lot of criticism and will want to prove he isn't a big/home team ref. He could overcompensate.

I really don't see this happening. We will lose Pelle, Mane and Vic in the summer (hopefully not Bertrand) and I will be royally ticked off but life will go on.
