The thing is by all acount Scneiderlin and to a lesser degree Lallana would walk into the midfield of most teams in this league. Is replacing them really necessary? Although I will concede if there's a motivation issue or they don't fit in with the current tactics then there's a definate case for their sale. Our poor performances need to be made accountable to the entire aquad and management as they're all to blame.
