No, I'm not so sure he is wrong.
I think Mark Fry might be proving why he earns very good money.
We can all scream on here for Pinnacle to point the python or exit the urinal, but when Fry does so, he might succeed....
Nice thinking.
But am just not sure I can take these swings of optimism to pessimism and back for another minute.
We're saved!
We're dead!
We might be saved again!
Oh no, we're dead!
Or maybe saved!
I've almost forgotten that this whole thing is even about the football club and city I love anymore...
Fair play on the apology.
I don't think others need to apologise if they just "thought" something. It's those that have expressed these thoughts in offensive terms.
A bit pointles, no?
Firstly, there is virtually no chance of C or D.
B seems built on rumour.
It's more likely that we will somehow - by a miracle - start on zero points than B, C or D.
This bamboozles me. As it seems like a technical Catch 22 as you say.
Wouldn't a solution be for Pinnacle to NOT liquidate SLH, but to keep it running as a shell company and a subsidiary of Fialka Enterprises ?
Is it strictly necessary to liquidate SLH if this risks any sort of jobsworth further penalty?
I welcome the open dialogue.
I don't think its unprofessional at all per se.
The readership of this site is pretty huge (higher than the OS?) - even if regular obsessive posters, such as myself, are a rarity.
That's the most rational explanation I can find. Very rich uncle or something.
Just hope it's not a way to subvert "fit and proper person" test.
(slaps himself for being cynical even when good news breaks)
