Good post and i would add that we did indeed have to move from the Dell to be able to cater for our growing fanbase(does anyone remember having to queue up at all hours of the night to get tickets for popular games?). The only problem was once we moved,those who were in charge made a total mess of running the club,putting themselfs before the club and not only did they let us fans down,they let the whole of Southampton down as well.

How about Rupert has come back here to deliberately drag this club down. Hence why he has put Portaloo in charge and has told him to mostly play the kids. Once we are down,we go into administration and then friends of Lowe come in and buy the whole club for next to nothing.His friends also agree to reward Lowe handsomely for saving them a lot of money. Just think about it for a minute. Lowe gets revenge on us fans, Revenge against Crouch, Also on Wilde who helped get rid of him first time round. Only one flaw in this plan though. Im suggesting Rupert is cunning and has some brains.

Totally agree with what you say about closing the corners.The Itchen North was one of the loudest parts of the ground and helped make a better atmosphere. As for the pricing ,i think around £12 for adults and £6 for kids would be about right for the football on show. I had a few ideas about trying to encourage more people along ages ago(ignoring the obvious answer of actually winning games), and even took the time to e-mail the club,but as usual i didnt even get a reply.

A good idea and a move in the right direction. But surely the club needs to have a product that people want to buy?

What about when McG was hacked down when he was one on one with their keeper? Any other ref wouldve given a straight red,but Riley?No way.

Dont think it touched his arm,although with that t-w-a-t of a ref,it wouldnt have made any difference.

I actually like the tribal side of football. Dont get me wrong,im not into slapping other people around just because they happen to support another team,im far too old for that.But my seat in the Northam is close to the away fans and the banter in my opinion can make for a great atmosphere. Beats what we get to see on the pitch anyway.

Perhaps the reason that Man Utd have a better class of young player (money aside),is because they have a manager and coaching set up that knows how to play football in England?

My wife,son,eight friends and other family members including me have all had season tickets for many years. This season i actually persuaded one of my mates to renew(i was on a high after the Sheff Utd game) and up until a while ago i always hoped things might get better,despite Lowe still here. But everyone of us have said enough is enough. Over the years i have given up going on holiday,getting a newer car,buying the wife yet another new bag,just so i could have a ST. Thing is i just dont enjoy the matchday experience anymore.What used to make me happy,now seems a chore and an effort.I find myself shouting abuse at Lowe,while watching a clueless head coach and a team full of kids slide down the table to league one. Unless something drastic happens-Lowe going,Saints actually start to win home games,then we wont be renewing anymore.

I would have thought that Jacksons farm will be the first big thing sold? As for building a stadium at Staplewood,i doubt that would get planning permission.

At a match if i think the team,or a particular player hasnt given his all,or had a bad game,i wont boo.In fact i dont clap either.Usually i just come on here and moan about them. Our players do make silly mistakes and a lot of them are not good enough to be playing at this level. The blame must firstly lie with Lowe. He was the one who picked our Head Coach and he alone must take the blame. Also i think Portaloo is just clueless. Notts Forest were deemed to be worse than us,yet now they have a good manager,they suddenly win against Man City. A good manager could get our team playing better,but didnt we have one of those at the end of last season ?

No doubt you can post the same thing after our next one,two,three,four games etc. The thing is i bet the result will be the same as well. I do agree with your last comment though.We must be mugs if we continue to pay to watch this shower of ****e.

I think they also need to know how we feel.I am going to make a point of singing Anti Lowe songs at our next home game. I know it wont achieve much,but it sure does make me feel better!

Good post Huffton. I did the same thing and saved myself the best part of £100 plus all the money i usually spend on beer. I wonder how many going for the first time today will want to come back?To be fair i cant see many regulars wanting to come back with gormless Portaloo and his Dutch total football malarky. Do we have anyone who can score a goal? Still i think the ref spoilt the game with his keeness to give nearly all decisions to Manure,not that they wouldve needed them because i dont think they even broke into a sweat. Also saw that the traitor Wilde was sat by Lowe. Hope hes happy with himself.

Yes, must not let them nasty Manure fans know that you support your local team. Good on you Derry. If i was going and some **** supporting Manure fan jumped up when they scored,they would get at the very least a verbal going over.Any Manure fan sat in the home end(who doesnt just sit there quietly),deserves everything they get.
