I dont think by going back to the 1800s you can compare how we are taxed today.Most poor people then were already taxed to the hilt,or moved around so much,that it was easier to try to tax the wealthy. As for Winston Churchill wanting to start the NHS,he may have wanted to start it,but im sorry it will always be remembered that Bevan will go down in history as its founder.Since then most Tory governments have done their best to try and privitise it through the back door,mostly under Thatcher. Also although the National insurance act of 1911 was made under a Liberal government,it was only made because of pressure from Labour MPs that this came to pass.I cant imagine the Tories ever wanting this?

I think the Poll tax was a terrible idea.Why should someone living in a one bedroomed council flat pay the same as Lord Bath? But you make a good point with the second part of your post.

The Tories have always looked after the rich first.Remember the poll tax? Remind me which Tory PM sold of all of our industries?Thats right Thatcher.Now our coal,steel,railways,most of the NHS are all making money for private investors,rather than the taxpayer. As for Labour making a mess of the economy,(i dont count the last government as proper Labour),i remember black Wednesday,even blacker Thursday and so so black Friday as the Tory chancellor Lawson totally messed up our economy then.

Welfare state,NHS,blimey even Harold Wilson came up with the idea of the Open University,where ordinary people can study for a degree,something until then was just for rich people. Hey Labour are not perfect,but what have the Tories ever done for the working man/woman?

Sounds like ive a lot to learn. Yesterday i wore my retro Saints shirt with jeans from C and A with a nice turn up at the end,though i did give in to youth fashion by wearing a pair of Reeboks.

I totally agree with you in wanting to make SMS an intimidating place for teams to come to,but i also see the other side of that when visiting away grounds. The police treat you like would be troublemakers and restrict your every movement.Away pubs dont let you in within a hundred miles of their ground.Also away fans are more likely to want to have a go,so eventually going to football becomes less appealing. I personally dont want us to go down this route.

Why do you think its good that Saints fans are looked apon as troublemakers? That means the police treat us the same as Millwall,Leeds etc and treat us accordingly,which means pubs dont let us in at away grounds and other fans are more up for wanting to have a go at us. I love the banter with away fans and theres many a ground ive gone to where i have had a great time with the home fans. Perhaps im getting old,but i just cant understand why you want to see more aggro at football?

Lighten up Turkish. Lots of people shout "Who" when an opposition sub is made.Its part of supporting your team. I do agree with you though about having someone near you slagging off the team for no reason ,or getting songs,players wrong etc.But i guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Funny how you mock us for missing 4000 fans,yet your shed of a ground only holds just over that. I also heard that there were supposedly a few Skates in with your lot last week.Does this mean you lot cant even get enough of your own fans to come to St Marys? I think Bournemouth should give our groundsmen free tickets when we play them at Dean Court,for all the hard work they have done on their tiny pitch.Hope they keep a couple by,just in case they sell out between now and next March.lol.

Ossie i stand next to the away fans in the Northam and throughout the whole game,about 40% of the Bournemouth fans near to me spent their time throwing coins,shouting threats and giving slit throat signs towards anyone who looked their way.What is it with Bournemouth fans?You try your hardest to get us to be your rivals,when the truth is we just dont care about you.In fact we used to loan you players to keep you up and even send our groundsmen down to Dean Court to mow your grass.Then when we give you a lesson on how to play proper football,you lot attack a female steward and cause loads of trouble.Now i know a lot of our fans can be just as bad,but i would rate the Bournemouth fans today as the worst,most agressive,deluded,arrogant set of fans ive seen for a long time. So please dont come on here giving it "Holier than thou".

Sorry if this has been mentioned already,but did anyone see the trouble in the Northam concourse after the game? My missis went down five minutes early and said a load of Bournemouth fans came through the red door by the partition.Apparantly a female steward was hurt.Hope shes ok. The Bournemouth fans were the worse fans that have been to SMS for a long time. After seeing how they were today,i hope Bournemouth get relegated at the end of this season.

The chairman of Bournemouth is apparantly banned from our directors box. Good as far as im concerned. Rumour has it,he lied about us offering Howe the Saints job.Im glad we didnt offer the job to him,because we wouldnt want him here anyway. Let their little club come to St Marys and let Saints beat them 5-0. They are a tiny little club without any history.

Lets face it ,if it wasnt for us,Bournemouth wouldve been relegated years ago.We were sending them our players when we were Premiership and i dont ever remember them saying we were rivals then? In fact i dont ever remember them even saying thankyou? Still i hope their second FA Cup final lives up to their expectations(we will win of course) and they enjoy a stadium with four sides and with proper support.
