TBH Neal Butterworth, editor at the Bournemouth Echo is a better journo. Worked with him in the past...top bloke...strange how a paper can be driven by one person but they work down there on truth, not hyperbole lifted from a website.

One other thing...there was a post on one of the threads that 'It was down to MLT's involvement that the investor was interested'...or along those lines... so where's the link to MLT thru Fialka..? I think Pinnacle lost their main backer at the end of last week...and Fialka is our David Fairclough....hopefully..

I'm just very tired of all this. We have been shafted for many many years, by all sorts of people. False dawns, promises and less delivery than a closed maternity ward. Tony...just what makes you guys different? If Mr Fialka is one of the consortium (which seems to be breeding like Gremlins given there was originally only one) - is he the main guy with the funds or what? Unity is bred by offering clarity..not smoke and mirrors. You have given me hope these last three weeks that we were moving forward. Don't let me or this club down.

I smell a 'new' investor...would be interesting to know how long he's been on board - last Wednesday perhaps??? This feels like a 'last throw of the dice' to me.

TBF the info we're now getting is turning this whole thing into an embarrassment...I know TL is damned if he does tell us, and vice versa, but unless there is any 'new' news...can we stop the updates??

I believe Mr Radcliffe lives closer to Beaulieu than Lymington...plus Ineos are based in Lyndhurst. Also he has invested in the Parkhill Hotel in Lyndhurst... HTH

Funny thing, the other day when the rumours broke about KK, I posted on FB a Youtube link to the disallowed Keegan goal v Man U...my mum told me afterwards that my Dad (66) had watery eyes watching it...as did I... THAT'S what this club is about...that some people previously linked to this club will NEVER understand...the love for this club runs through the generations. My M&D first took me as a 5yr old..queuing up at 10am to get me to the front of the Milton...and I can't wait to take my 3yr old to StMarys either...:-)

I've never met TL, but you sense that with his posts he feels what we are going through. I had a PM once from MJ after I wished him all the best about AFCB, won't go into the detail of that (nothing silacious in it anyway) but his view was that he would be a SFC fan first of all. But, with the Echo interview over the weekend, I've come to the conclusion that if he did have our best interests at heart he would have kept schtum...

But surely Nick, the whole reason why we're not happy with MJ is because as a 'front man' - he has form of not delivering? He's no more believable as a front man than I would be...in fact, I know I could do the job better...media training and all ;-)

Yep, which could open the door for some individuals who we thought we'd seen the back of. Silence is worrying from that quarter.
