That was my thoughts really, just was passing on what I was told. The only thing I could think of was the lack of a CVA for SFC - I know we couldn't provide one (as SFC was never in Admin) but if the FL wouldn't acknowledge this and stuck to their 'rigid' rules, who knows? The FL come out of this looking rather shabby...their committee has chairmen from clubs in our league in it - hardly independent... What I want is clarity from Pinnacle - was it about the points, or the money?

Received a message saying that Football League wanted to: a) Add another 10pt penalty to the 10pts already deducted; b) Add an additional 7pts to that penalty... Nope...haven't received anything from FF, I suspect he's holding his counsel until the end of today (as per his post last night). That is the god's honest truth - my thoughts on Leon walking are just my own personal opinion following what we HAVE been told, and the speculation on here. I feel that Leon seems to have taken a notable step back over the last week or so..which could coincide with Pinnacle's relentless stalling and the presentation of Mr Fialka when they were up against the wall... Just my hunch.

I think 'were' could be the most crucial part of that statement if this thing falls apart...basically if it doesn't go through, Matt's mate has made him look a right t1t.(and I'm not happy about that) The Dynamic Duo just before a meeting with Fry...

CS thinks GM touched someone's nerves.....head on the nail so to speak. Radio silence since tho from Pinnacle. One other thing I thought of over breakfast..it wasn't really a good move for TL to name the consortium after his own business interests was it? Now, if it does go t1ts up, which I hope it won't but this is Saints after all....his other firms will be tarnished by the whole episode...could explain his reluctance to give up on it if that is the case.

Otts...it's MLT I trust, but not the other f'ers involved... We have had 'Wilde Concentrate' from Lynam...two years worth of smoke an mirrors in a month...sorry but nothing to get hopeful about there I'm afraid. Feeling very down about this now - losing Kelvin for me is the biggest disaster so far..and avoidable if we hadn't had the 'Chuckle Consortium' for the last month... Yes they might surprise us today..but where has Leon gone? I feel MLT has been strung along like Murray's racquet... Shame...
