Another song for tomorrow. Stealers Wheel - Stuck in the Middle with You A song for Storrie.... 'Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right...here i am, stuck in the boardroom with you'
-
I bet HMRC will be chuffed about that. I also bet Nicola will check Storrie for DeVere slippers when he gets in tomorrow. Portsmouth FC. Hotel - DeVere Kit Supplier - Canterbury Sponsor - Jobsite Pompey Aftershave - 'Arrogance' Next week they will be receiving treatment for 'solvent' abuse. Perhaps in the run up to the game Storrie et al will pop over to Longdown...there's a few troughs over there he could stick his face in.

Ah so Mr Storrie is still seeing that the company is spending responsibly. Wonderful, setting an example as always. Love the way our fishy friends still hang on Storyteller's every word. You'd be better off with Bernard Cribbins...he can tell a good story. Jackanory...Jackanory...Jackanory

Good call Doctor, I'm convinced....
-
I'm really looking forward to giving that twaaaaaaaaat some stick tomorrow. He really is the most odious creature ever to set foot on the football planet.
-
Haha...no.
-
I get the feeling that he's trying to deflect the pressure from our players onto theirs. Well, that's what I hope his intention was ;-)
-
Well...I have asked them to play 'Taxman'... ;-)
-
Fook me, Saga's moving quick in that pic.

La Pergola in Lyndhurst is nice if you fancy a stretch in the country... or Il Palio at Brockenhurst Station - best thing is you stumble out, straight to the station. Not on the line of course, for that would be silly.

http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/10-reasons-why-being-Pompey.6067322.jp Copied from a thread on the main board, but nice to see they struggled to find 10 things.

Nice to see that Caborn sees what we see...re: Premier only interested in them surviving until they get relegated..then - Who cares? The brand remains intact - as does the FA (Cup) after this weekend. Seeing Mark Fry's comments regarding how surprised he is that they were granted the extra 7 days...do not underestimate the power of the FA. Wonder what Wiseman thinks of all this?

Could be a ruse to flush out someone prepared to take them over...or at least so they can survive til the summer....then implode. If that happens, expect their Youth Team next season. If they haven't already come to us....haha we could have the last laugh yet!! ;-)

Storrie (see what I did there? ;-)) - broke on ESPN online yesterday, then the Mail picked it up. Solent covered it in their reports this morning, saying that Scudamore's going to call all Prem clubs this weekend in an attempt to gain approval. Not our Scudamore though...;-) Actually...how about SWF's Scudamore rings round the teams before the real one?
-
Done. ;-)

Team hmrc

Stoke might not. Pulis was on Solent this morning laying into people running Pompey - pointedly towards Storrie...he basically said they should be held accountable.
-
Exactly, Solent put it across that any release of monies would be immediate - therefore allowing them to settle before the case is heard. The whole thing fookin stinks - they've been allowed to increase their wage bill by bringing in more and more loanees, free agents etc... When you look at how the FA have allowed Bournemouth to be treated and yet those fookers continue insolvently, is frankly, criminal.
-
I suggest we all buy a EuroMillions ticket. If we win, make a big fuss of buying them, then pull out at the last minute. I really hate Storrie today for even trying that route with the Premier League.
-
It's fookin scandalous.
-
Ahhh..the 6R4, raced by Will Gollop... Saw one kit on a 1 litre Metro once. Major LOL'age...
-
Hutch, another little 'white lie' put forward by Storrie yesterday... When asked about why was Pompey such a fantastic catch...obviously he went on about the club, atmosphere, etc....but he also said the debts had been reduced dramatically. Now, if this was the TRUTH, surely players and staff, PAYE and VAT would be paid on time? Not only that - he says that their running costs are less - does he include the random loanees and free agents they have swept up lately? Are they being paid with Jelly Beans or something? OH....ok.
-
So, if she 'left' the board (for whatever reason - eg to avoid prosecution) why stay as Finance Manager? If it was squeaky bum time for me in her job I would have run to the hills....not allow myself to be put forward as spokesperson in the High Court. Leave Storrie to that, he's the financial genius....
