Indeed their continual 'woe betide us' routine is wearing a little thin. Everyone's supposed to feel sorry for them aren't they? I want the court case to happen regardless of whether they get liquidated - just so their dirty linen can be seen in public - then it can no longer be ignored by the press on the whole. Yes, some are now reporting the truth in little segments, but the majority are still playing on the 'poor little Pompey' routine. Feel sorry for Bournemouth, who have been operating with one hand behind their backs all season, but not for them.

Perhaps he realises that what he will earn out of it, isn't worth the hassle....

The other thing that gets my goat is how the Pompey fans seem to accept everything that happens.... So, they have ONE protest. They follow that up with.....nothing. No protests about the removal of Storrie....or anything. Why?

Anyone else hear Avram on Solent this morning - in response to the claims that they should be chucked out of the cup.... 'It would not be fair on the players, on the fans' Yeah right. Reality check Frog-Boy. The club you represent, has evaded paying tax. The club you represent, has signed players when they could not afford them. The club you represent, has tried EVERY dodgy tactic to avoid paying HMRC. The club you represent, has used players they had no right to sign to WIN FA Cup games. The club you represent, is run by a CEO who has been charged with tax evasion. The club you represent, has put itself into Administration when it has yet to be proved whether it was entitled to. So, Avram, no sympathy. Been paid yet???? Next time you think everyone's against you, go and ask Peter Storrie why. --- Oh and whilst I'm on a rant.... I'M SICK AND TIRED OF THE MEDIA MAKING POMPEY OUT TO BE MARTYRS. 'POOR POMPEY' - POOR MY AR$E. WHEN ARE ONE OF THEM GOING TO MENTION THE SMALL MATTER OF TAX EVASION WHICH COULD BE USED IN THIS COUNTRY'S SCHOOLS AND HOSPITALS? Solent got some stick (Kris Temple mentioned it) on Saturday regarding the 'Pompey Show' during the 'exclusive' Saints commentary. They have to be fair to all, but also on a journalistic standpoint, they have to comment on the good AND BAD. They always steer clear of condemning the actions of those running the club....

Bluejob, have you learned nothing from Storrie yet????? It's 48 hours......;-)

Notice that the Blue Few turn up on here after a win....27 years in our shadow and when your big chance to put us in the shadow with your 7 or so years in the Prem, what have you got to show for it? The same sh1tty little ground that rarely gets filled. You train on our OLD training ground. Your manager frequents massage parlours in SOUTHAMPTON. You have no facilities and no infastructure. You've had your big chance with the Premier League money to build a future - instead you spunked it on mercenaries and wonderfully run accounting procedures. I've got Skate mates, they're good blokes, it's give and take on the banter, but they are realistic. The fact you can revel in the hypocrisy that is Portsmouth Football Club...well enjoy your day out. At the High Court. (PS - hope you lot sort your lives out and ditch PFC, start AFC and get your club back.)

Feel slightly gutted as I sold a Sanderson Home LS Shirt on Ebay 2 Xmas'es ago...signed by the whole squad. £50.
-
Do you look at the clowns running Pompey and laugh? We do.... :-D
-
I want one, just one, commentator to comment on the FACT that Pompey (and allegedly their CEO) have evaded taxes... JUST ONE

I enquired about the direct ones on Tuesday. They have a reserve list. Have booked onto National Express instead. They've told me that they will wait until after extra-time/penalties if required.... £26 return. -
Oh, and Milos Drizic. We were going to sign him, in fact we agreed terms, but couldn't get a work permit. We then signed Ruddock as a replacement.... Turbo Booster Schuster......

Ivan Katalinic. He of bushy moustache and crap drop kicks that ALWAYS veered to the right.

Just a rumour... I heard that Grant Bovey and Anthea Turner are one of the 12 parties interested in Pompey. Now there is a slight problem with their proposal. Grant was made bankrupt yesterday with £50M debts..but... In a ploy to push the deal through he has said he has great experience in managing debt and Anthea's offered to clean up the books. ----- *boom-tishhhhhhhhh*

I think it's Oxford. You know, that place in the heart of Meridian country :-S

Thanks for all the kind responses. Hopefully we now have a solution, so my Dad can now go with me. Many thanks.

Thank you for all the kind responses to my problem stated in earlier post today. I think we're now sorted. Cheers to all. -
That's good, I hear Tesco's want him in the warehouse.

Phil, And then we factor in what laughing boy said in his resignation letter... What was it? Something about not being allowed to attend company meetings or something?
-
Infiltration....haha What guff was it Blair said.... Education, Education, Education.

I think even the Good Lord would tell them to fooook off and pay their taxes...

There's that big one in JJB? Not that I frequent that often, seems like a drop-off shop for chavs. :-D
-
I vote that we go on Dragons Den with that idea. Can't see Duncan Bannatyne saying no. :-D
-
I'm waiting patiently for 'when' they go pop for Solent to repeat that old Trogg who said before the Derby... 'We are Portsmouth, they are Southampton. Goodbye' Indeed.......:-D

The thing that bothers me is this. I understand that the early stages of the ticket selling is important (ie Season Ticket holders, Area Final etc), but what I don't get is next week. Now, I'm on the database, but my Dad isn't because I buy our tickets. He's in his late sixties, and has watched Saints since the 50's. So, my dilemma is this - I don't want to buy next week, as I can only get 1 ticket. So, I have to wait until the 15th and gamble that there will be some left for us both to go. Without getting too sentimental - but I don't know if this will be the last time I get to go to Wembley with my Dad. :-( Why doesn't the club say people on the database can buy 2 tickets max next week? There must be hundreds or thousands of fans in my situation. The season ticket holders are sorted, the Area Final attendees are sorted. Mr Luker??
