The fact that Markus lives a private personal and business life says it all for me. NO self promotion NO 'look at me' behaviour NO strings or hangers-on. He conducts everything in the most professional manner. We have landed our feet that's for sure. Thank you Markus (& Nicola).

In response to Corpy Ho-Ho-Ho. Keeping it short, the way this thread has developed has allowed us all to continue our 'continual professional development' into all things takeovers. Perhaps he should check out our 'Takeover Thread No.1288' - it's a corker. Shame for them is they're own Takeover Thread will only reach 5 if they're lucky. Perhaps we over analyse on points surrounding the blue few, but here's the rub. It's fun for us..just as it is for some blueys to 'thank Huddersfield'. But even so, there's debt and 'reckless' debt. What Storrie et al did was reckless. They KNEW they couldn't support the wages with a 20k stadium. Even when they KNEW Gaydamak wanted out, they still went out and spent. That's what most of us have a big problem with - it's not just a one-off, it's continual recklessness. Add to that the use of players 'acquired' during January (who may have not cost millions, but 500k for a player - (Quincy) - who you could not afford) to progress in a Cup Competition IS cheating. It's like us or anyone else, buying Messi, playing him for six weeks then handing him back after he's scored 10 goals that have won games. IT'S STILL CHEATING. I personally have no problem with any Pompey fans who come on here, however I find it hard to believe why any Pompey fans think they've been hard done by.

I find the best riposte to the neutral argument being this....
