Just remembered another thing though. There was a 'nice' side to the guy - before a match last season at St Marys one of his 'shots' went full pelt into the crowd and poleaxed a young kid - straight in the face. He didn't mean it, think he aimed for the top left hand corner to be honest. Anyway, he ran into the crowd and checked the kid was ok. Not only that, after the game he went into the crowd and he gave him his shirt. (Which is now a collector's item. )

To be fair I had to rewind it on Sky + just to make sure. How the Sky reporter didn't break into laughter I'll never know.
