It seems as if Rupey has a new 'right hand' This guy was mentioned in an article in a Dutch Football Mag, and appears intrenched at St Marys as some sort of adviser. He apparently is regularly at Staplewood, and according to the article, in love with himself, and not universally liked. He has also been shown regularly in the Directors Box alongside Wotte. Whether or not he is the reason Hockaday is on gardening leave remains to be seen. BTW, have also now emailed the Echo regarding this.

So is it right to think that MC got that horrendous stick from Hone and Lowe over the breakdown of the possible deal? My choice, and it seems that over 1300 have already declared, is to publicly demonstrate against the current regime. I know that 'alternatives?' will be the next post on here, but frankly, that isn't the most important issue right now. Lowe (AND WILDE!!!) had the opportunity to do something about this situation and chose to keep Poortvliet. They have to deal with the consequences of that decision.

Indeed. And it is a fact often overlooked in the history of this football club. Lowe didn't stitch Bowyer up, but it appears that the others (many who now support Lowe and keep him in his job) did. They sold this club down the river.
