When we are struggling with mid-table in league 1, we will get blamed as attendances plummet further. We are easy targets.. -

I prefer to call it realism. 4-1 to BC - feel bad for saying it, but can't see us getting anything off that lot. -
Bart went downhill after he had a fantastic game at St James Park against Newcastle, only to be dropped the next game by.... GEORGE BURLEY Add Bart to a long list of players whose Saints career's were right royally ****ed up by GB.
-
Out of that side, the only change I'd make would be Euell in upfront for DMG - then bring in Gillett in midfield.
-
Ask Rupert. He knows football management better than anyone you know. I had heard he is on Pompey's shortlist.... It's true, it's true.
-
LOL...more unity on this thread than has been seen on the Forum for many months eh??
-
Simon Gillett for me has been one of the few highlights of the season - he battles..underestimated player I feel.
-
I don't care if we sign players from ****ing Eastleigh if they actually IMPROVE the team. Truth is Nick...you can name Rupert's magnificent signings this season on one hand... Saeijs Holmes Errrrr that's it. Don't get me started on Pulis, Gasmi, Smith, Molyneux, Forecast....not one of these have brought anything that can be seen as an improvement. We're 23rd FFS Reality Check Needed....
-
I'll put a tenner on Pulis playing a part.... We're going to get hammered today. Mark my words....4-1
-
We're fooked. No leaders - no fight - no hope. We no longer deem it necessary to bring in loanees that can contribute. Things are getting so fvcking bad I actually wish we would get Jermaine back to play RB - see how fvcking despondent I've become??? WE NEED EXPERIENCE - NOT PRETTY BOY ONLY EFFECTIVE ON THE TRAINING GROUND B O L L O C K S....
-
I shall say only this... 'You cannot polish a turd' ------ Actually I will elaborate. He is not better than Skacel or Surman at LB - bearing in mind they are both midfielders gives an idea of how good he is. Jumps into tackles too quickly, and positioning towards the opposition is poor. We signed him because Rupert thought it would be good to sign someone from a Prem Team - hence his piccy on the screens at SMS is still in Everton's colours - just so Rupeey Baby can let us know what a great chairman he is. More dross to fill out the squad numbers - ala our Prem Relegation season. Congratulations Rupert, you are on your way to repeat relegation again..
-
Put it this way Robbie, the team were on the slide under Burley, performances were sh1te, and they were not competing... Push fast forward to January 2009, and wahey.....we're there again in a few poor managerial appointments....
-
4-1 to BC - we will capitulate in the first half, conceding 3, then score just after half-time (Seijs) - then Pulis will come on and score Bristol's third. Oh ****, just seen my own error...Pulis in the First Team??!!! Hahaha....can't we sign his dad to play in midfield instead?
-
Have I missed something?? Enlighten me a bit please.....! Oops.......now seen above...apologies..
-
JFP...in response to this I offer two words that all players out for the night should remember... BE PROFESSIONAL
-
JFP...I don't begrudge them a night out, but when certain said players allegedly show more passion in finging chips and laying into a fan than they do on the pitch for the shirt, then I do have a problem. They are supposed to be 'professionals' FFS...any of us on here would walk over broken glass to pull on that Red and White shirt at The Dell or SMS - for five minutes only. These b@stards get paid in excess of £5k per week and rub our fvcking noses in it. TBF if we were riding high in the league no-one would have a problem with them on the lash - it's the fact that they should be putting in more on the pitch that rankles. On a similar note, I heard a story the other day about Steve Fletcher of Bournemouth - a mate lives down in Bearwood and saw SF out running at 10.30 at night to keep fit - kind of explains why he is still playing now at what, 36??? I bet he could run McGoldrick until he vomited. THAT'S THE PASSION AND FIGHT THAT WE NEED....
-
Thanks Rupert...you fvcked up our club. Before anyone starts, let's judge him on this season, the biggest disaster before anyone starts talking about Cardiff...and how good he supposedly is at running companies....hmmm and the company he keeps in the boardroom....yeah fantastic businessmen alongside him eh?
