  1. We'll be lucky to get out of our box, never mind see the half bloody way line...!
  2. Do you have any straws..?
  3. If he only gets a hattrick against us I'll be pretty pleased with that...! 😉😉😉
  4. The comeback is on. Nice goal
  5. Hopefully somebody is preparing the boardroom as we speak.
  6. Why does anybody give a shit? This regime that we are all meant to get apoplectic at are plying their trade every day here in the Premiere League. After the initial protests, fans flags at Crystal Palace, the noise was quickly quashed and has now gone away. The players and staff are more than happy to take the wads of money that clearly emanate from dubious sources while the fans are more than happy to cheer the team on. No doubt they will soon be winning premiere leagues and Champion league finals - all built on this very same regime, or have I missed something?
  7. It wasn't a difficult decision to be fair, the ball was two yards passed slab head before he kicked the German player. Very easy to see without var.
  8. Anything less than 3 points and I would expect a hastily called board meeting for 1730.

    Che Adams

Arguably Stu had much better chances than Che, two first time shots that he should've placed better and tested the keeper more, the neat one two that gets him 8 yard out that he blazed over the bar and the header from about 6 yards that he should've absolutely buried - all very decent chances. Che missing the two headers just about summed up a night of the Southampton strike force, lots of promise but absolutely no composure to finish clinically.
  10. Prepping...! All they need to do is run the two nine nils, quote some of the woeful stats that we have collected as we collapse in the league, job done. Probably no more than 5 minutes editing, and would it really be that much of a story, doubt it.
  11. The overriding issue from last season is that we are crap up top, we do not have anyone that can score goals. Trying to get someone but it didn't work out, is for me, a complete failure of our transfer window. The game is about goals, without those, you don't win games. Last night we played probably one of the worst sides in the league and failed to have a shot on target, or make the keeper make any saves of note. They won the game easily despite only scoring one goal. If our transfer window was that good we would've offered a who lot more than we did last night.
  12. How weird is it having something I said 5 years ago quoted today. Who knows perhaps this is the year our luck runs out and we end up as relegation fodder whilst they eventually manage to claw their way out of league one. Wouldn't bother me after the last few years, at least there would be some interesting games and we would hopefully win a few more than we have done in the last couple of years. Bring the pleasure back to football again.
  13. Which has been plain to see for ages. This should've been the number one priority in our so called 'good transfer' window. But, again, we blew it. Yes lots of promising youngsters, but the number one priority, that we could all see was needed, was ignored. I am absolutely bemused by the Adam Armstrong experiment, I just do not see a player in there, never mind a premiere league striker that is going to score enough goals to keep us in this league. He is just another mediocre player who offers pretty much nothing else on top of his poor goals return. Early days this season, but I think we are in the shyte, January (not a good time to get players in blah blah blah) will be very interesting.
  14. You reckon?
  15. He should be sacked after that performance, but luckily for him they were playing us.
  16. I think we can actuality be quite thankful that it was villa. Any other prem team would've smashed a hatful past us tonight. So perhaps we got off lightly...!
  17. If you don't shoot you don't score, how many shots did we have, how many saves did their keeper make? The answers will be very, very low numbers.
  18. Total pile of dog poo. Woeful performance.
  19. What else did you realistically expect to see?
  20. I have seen some shit in my time, real, real shit. But nothing a as shit as i have witnessed tonight.
  21. I'd snap your arm off to be top of that league. We'll be bloody lucky to survive at this rate.
  22. Got lucky, should be two...
  23. International break coming up. Fingers crossed...
  24. Which is a bloody worrying thought in itself....! Jesus christ .....
  25. Another 45 minutes of crap ineffective football, can hardly wait for the second half. Can somebody please tell me what Moi does out there.
