I started off using protein shakes from the gym, Fitmaxx ones, with 50g protein in them, but at £3 a pop, I realised how much cash I was wasting and now use that money to buy things like Turkey, Chicken, Tuna, Mackerel, Sardines and even Steak and these are good sources of protein and much better for you I believe. However, just because I say this it's not gospel, but just ideas of what you can try, as it worked for me and I have been recommended diets/exercises/schedules by other people that have worked for them, but not for me, it's all about trial and error and enjoying it

Turkey has a slightly higher amount of protein in it and the reason why it is drier is that it has less saturated fats. I think Chicken has the advantage that it contains Amino acids (good and bad) that Turkey doesn't. I still have a bit of chicken, as I prefer it, but there's not a massive difference, but it's cheaper and slightly better for you, so if you get through as much of it then it gives you a saving in the long run I guess!!

There is a reason why Boj has the user handle Boj and it's akin to why I am called Aids Victim. Boj has Aids. I would also like to sue the charm school that he went to. I will sue them for a fiver and then buy a TV that doesn't work on ebay, then moan to the seller that it doesn't work. I think Boj and Mr Grant should both put their home addresses up here. People who are unhappy with what they are getting can show their disapproval can brick their houses. We can then count up the bricks and determine just how many people aren't satisfied with what they have to offer. I am disappointed to read this far and nobody has yet done the "well, with all that alcohol you drink compared to me i'll live 7 years 10 months longer than you, thus i'm getting more out of my life" arguement. I'm always up early, be it for work or a weekend. If i'm hanging a nice run in the fresh morning air is always good, then take the Dog down the shop to get a newspaper, have a read of that, then a shower and i'm ready to go for the day.
