It's a worry. If he decides he isn't happy there and hits another team mate then we are stuck paying his wages again and probably no one will want to take him off our hands. Hope it works out there for him so we can get our money back.
-
I hope the clause that he can't play against us this season remains as part of the agreement. Unless they get a penalty, then they can bring him on to take it
-
I think most of us would like to offload Osvaldo now he is clearly not committed to the club. I love how the Mirror have to make it worse than it is by $hit stirring with this comment "Young left-back Luke Shaw has told team-mates he could yet go, with Chelsea waiting in the wings." Almost like they are willing our clubs demise.

This statement along with the fact Pochettino is staying, at least, until the end of the season, should be enough to steady the ship and get us across the finishing line. It will be interesting to see what happens in the summer though. I too noticed the statement is very carefully worded. So although at first glance its an encouraging read, it still leaves a lot of room for speculation.

I see Gus thinks this weeks news has pretty much handed them 3 points. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/southampton-turmoil-affect-players-against-3030177

At least we could have our stripes back next season if he goes... Carrying on the Monty Python theme here

Such a waste of money isn't it? what was wrong with the roundabout? It seemed to work well as it was. This just looks like a massive waste of time and money.

haha...It must be bad if he scored too!

Rickie needed this game for his confidence too. -

Just goes to show things aren't going our way right now. Since when did Rickie ever get a serious injury before? I hope its not as bad as it seems. -
Yeah I remember that own goal well, it was a must win game against one of our relegation rivals. It was a glorious diving header, it would have been a great goal if it had been in the Oldham goal and not ours.

The regeneration was a little bit different too. I was expecting the usual modern era firework show and then it happened in a blink of an eye. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p01nzqm6

I am going back Rickie to score 15 again. Its not that much of a stretch to imagine him scoring another 9 goals this season. I think, even by his own high standards, he has had a slow start in front of goal. But I believe he is just about to hit form. Even when he isn't scoring he has a lot to offer on the pitch. I don't want to see Rickie go now or even in the summer. I reckon he still has a big role to play for our club.

Call me a cynic but it sounds very much like he is hoping his prediction will cause the reserve effect.

There really was no need for the spitting. He shouldn't of risen to whatever the skate said to him.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/classic/gallery/monsters1/images/1024/macra.html I love the design of the Macra but the eyes could do with a little digital remastering! They just look like a couple of stuck on plates

From 1 to 7 it almost looks like the actor Douglas Henshall. http://trialx.com/curetalk/wp-content/blogs.dir/7/files/2011/04/gcelebrities/Douglas_Henshall-1.jpg

The rumours i've read are the Mirror have got crossed wires and merged two different stories. The main one is Marco Polo which is believed to be part of the "African" haul with stories like The Massacre and The Macra Terror. It appears Marco Polo was supposed to be released with the first "batch" of recovered episodes (makes sense if there was a big haul, to do Hartnell and Troughton) but it took longer to get ready, or needed more restoration work. The second one is that Dalek Masterplan has been found, complete, from silent fan TV recordings. So all reference to splicing audio and re-recording voices, is to do with DMP, not Marco Polo. This then makes sense as the audio DMP isn't perfect. I was wondering about Feast of Steven / Mission to the Unknown. If it is indeed complete then both would be found too (maybe not Mission), in which case we've got back 2 episodes no one ever really expected to see again.

Here is a great video showing the amount of work that goes into restoring old missing episodes.
-
I've been following the missing episode rumours for a while now with great interest. I've read that Marco Polo mirror story is, surprise surprise, factually incorrect. I've heard it was found in Africa and the fan recoding is of another missing episode. This is a good site that has a good round up of all the missing episode rumours to date. I'll repeat what they say. As ever all rumours come from a variety of sources and may be true, true in part or completely false, they should not be repeated as fact nor taken as anything other than the rumours they are until there is confirmation from official sources. http://doctorwhoarchive.com/2013/11/26/post-50th-anniversary-missing-episodes-rumours/ Could be a lot of wishful thinking but its an interesting read none the less. I'd like to think at least a few of them are true.

After the hugely popular reaction to the recent minisode, DWO caught up with The 8th Doctor, Paul McGann, for an exclusive video interview.
-
I think as soon as the McGann episode went live on Iplayer, it was also made available on you tube for the international audience. So I am sure they would do the same if they ever did make a web series. I'd love to see him get a chance to flesh out his Doctor on Screen. I know he has continued to develop the 8th Doctor in the Big Finish audio stories but it would still be great to see more screen time for his Doctor. This Short has already had over 2 million hits on you tube in just 5 days and apparently topped the iplayers most watched. I have really enjoyed both David Tennant and Matt Smith portrayal of the Doctor, they both really made the part their own. But in that short story of the 8th Doctor's demise you can really see what a good Doctor he might of been. The fact that Paul McGann is that much older than David and Matt is clear because in just under 7 minutes McGann's performance of the 8th Doctor felt so much more mature and grown up. Unfortunately I don't think a web series will happen, due to Peter Capaldi series coming soon. The BBC might feel it would steal some of his thunder having another Doctor making stories at the same time.
