I realise that but he seems to be very injury prone and he isnt getting any younger at 35. If he is going to be out up to 6 weeks each time he gets a knock we will need a replacement. Even after we signed him I think he was recovering from an injury so it definitely looks as though he as got more fragile with age. Not that 35 is old but in footballing terms its near retirement age, the legs slow down and you get more aches and pain etc.. So I am told as I haven't quite reached that age myself yet

I think its fair to say that he has had the best of his playing days now. Its a shame for him but we need a new right back now, hopefully we can buy the best this divison has to offer at right back in January

It feels so great to be out of the drop zone, I just hope we stay out of it from now on. Walsall will be a tough game, but the way results have been going of late I would expect at least a point from it, hopefully more though! On another note I was just looking at the league table on the BBC website and noticed there is no asterisk by our points total to note that we have had 10 points deducted. No wonder why some of lazy Press think we are so bad, they even realise we have had the points deducted

After the last few league games I think we should spend spend spend in January. If nothing else just to make sure we don't struggle down the bottom of the table for much longer. Also if we get in the players now for next season then we can't have the excuse of the team needs to gel. So I say get the squad together now. There is no need to delay.

Not going are way today, its a bit like the Rovers game in the league, we could have gone into plus points that night but it didnt go our way, and now we can get out the relegation zone if we had won today and it just not going for us again.

It was like the bank manager charging when you are overdrawn, he had the same look of satisfaction on his face as he made things even worse for us. He definitely looked like he was enjoying passing the sentence to much for my liking.

I hope we win by a few goals; it would be even better not to concede any goals but obviously winning is the most important thing. Now the Sky curse is broken (last night) surely we can win this!? Onwards and upwards!!!

I am pleased like most he is a local lad who has done good! I hope he can keep improving and fulfil his potential. It will be nice if he can make it as regular but I am not expecting instance success from him. Good luck to him!

Sounds like there is a good chance we will sign him permanently in Januray if he is being allowed to play in the cup. Thats as long as he keeps up his impressive performances on the pitch.
