wasnt fully fit yesterday, nearly missed game..

The situation is just begging for someone like Stock, add Danns in to the equation along with his versatility on right and our midfield would be as good as it ever could be whilst still in this league. Cant help thinking all the consistent sides at the top have a regular teamsheet. We aren't obviously there yet and hence the inconsistent performances. You're absoluely spot on in that any body in a shirt should always get 100% from us, nothing ever less. We southampton folk know the rules.
-
wont fault him for effort but, u can coach anyone to close down, not wanting to come down too harsh on the man BUT, he cant pass, cant tackle, cant run.. We need better to get balance of midfield right.. Up against better sides we struggle in the middle, today playing the 5 was factor in stopping them play.

ref and lino were blatantly biased and how wotton is a pro footballer is lost on me!! team dug in well, mk were never in it. Fonte was colossal at back, antonio mom, thomas had solid game and James, credit to him and not biggest fan but.... played well. Well played Saints! COYR.............
-
****es me off how people like GLASGOW SAINT always take the first opportunity to stir up discord between fans no? watch forum closely and him and couple of others r trouble makers.
-
connolly may not have been fully fit but y didnt papa go up top with ricky and sooner?? surely 4-4-2 with antonio- wotton- morgan and lallana wouldve got team playing more effective.. Pardew top man and wary of the knee-jerk shout and very dissapointing obviously at minute BUT dodgy or delayed subs is bit of a recurring theme with the bloke!! Get Stock in for Morgan (needs break) and get Jackson as Connolly not reliable
-
It will be Davis but preference would have to be Bart in all honesty!
-
listening to that interview i think its obvious that we're looking at a "first team" striker..
-
If Connolly fit, take James out if not, Fergie +1
-
post of day!

dont rate him. Effects way we play, too much hoof ball. Murty, older, slower but stll better!

beautiful!

Where do you expect Saints to finish this season?
Avenue Saint replied to Pancake's topic in The Saints
agreed. Well said. -
4-2 saints.. 1st win of season :-)
-
what rebel said, without doubt strongest line up..
-
the hype is about his talent not about his star studed glittering career. if those two didnt move and stayed in their humble starts would that have changed how talented or "good enough" they were? simple point isnt it really.
-
well, if thats what U hink, u cant help that.. similarly ever1 else is gonna be true to their opinions and it doesnt make theirs wrong.. obviously if some1 came along and said zidane or ronaldinho, were overhyped it doesnt change the facts.
-
Everyone and entitlements to opinions and so on... but why do u feel the need to take it upon YOURrself to point out to every1 that he isnt superhuman without any flaws? no 1 is implying that clearly just underlining historical facts but dont get it with u if im being honest.

Milan were crap then, forget comparing them to likes of barcelona or real of today, they were even relegated in the 80's...
-
Where would we be without le tissier in the 90's? Your ability to casually dissmiss the attitude of a man without whom we would no doubt have been relegated on numerous occasions baffles me?? Right or wrong this is something as an average fan, I wouldnt dream of doing.. raises questions about your motives when posting on here as well as dressing yourself up as a bit of a clueless as*h*le.. believe it mate!
