I think all this negative press about NC is a bit ott. A lot of it is based on assumptions thats just snowballed in to a common appreciation of his and AP's relationship. That interview showed AP clearly a little frustrated with the local press and media's coverage of Saints in recent times. Also, could be wrong but some posters with links to club do seem to be portraying NC in only a negative light! Agenda? We need to get behind everyone at the club....

Yeah, think Danns shout is over now, shame but need to look at cm defo. Playing Puncheon in middle takes from his effectivenes out wide and wycombe was obviously painful.

I think Jaidi used appropriately could do a job for at least another couple of years yet. Id have him around definately. Plus only what is it, 33 or 34? Perry as good as he is, struggles most against pace, so question is do u want some 1 in squad who u know has an obvious floor.. Dont know but am sure Pardew will be here next season n rightly so. If we dont take maximum points in all but 1 of our remaing games, id say no chance to play offs. But can see us winning it out right next season! Future is bright with AP's red n white army!

If you could buy just one player in summer who would it be? For me a little thinning of squad would be good and keeping our important players is vital but cant help thinking along with other posters, we are light in the middle of the park. Lose one of our middle 2 and u notice change in performance. Some one like Danns would have been magical. As much as Hammond is essential I think he lacks one thing and thats composure in front of goal. Not that it seems we need it, with our front 4 firing but with morgan's big 0, I think its something we could look at if not for support. Who would you buy??

Finished 1 pont off 6th with game in hand! Put it this way, given Charlton's run in, although probable they'll finish in playoffs, it is actually possible they could drop to 7th! I think if saints do what they need to they might just still squeeze 6th ahead of Huddersfiled or CHARLTON.

I think so, thats what I said before game, Pardew could see he'd be up for it so was willing to give him chance. To be fair, we've got a pretty strong nucleus of players now with QUALITY competion all over the pitch, just hope we havent left it too late to peak.
