Just watched an interview @ last nights PFA awards with Lawrie Mac and he was talking about Bale's development. Now I may be wrong and there is no point to this except for me being picky. Lawrie announced himself our director of football in 2006 and went on to say that Bale and Bridge use to over lap and link up perfectly??? Pretty sure none of that happened, did it??
