  1. The mesh around the building reminds me of FIFA HQ
  2. Club shop...conference centre...offices. Probably. I'm more interested by the podium. Might just be a tonne of underground parking. The whole thing is clearly part of a larger redevelopment linking into the waterfront. So probably won't happen any time in the next 50 years =|
  3. Whoops...Just seen the other 12 posted since....looks like a cladding mesh around the skin of the building... Looks good! Still want it to glow at night!
  4. Looks pretty sweet. That's a substantial amount of work there...looks like a big tier in the Kingsland sloping down to Itchen. not quite sure why the roof splits....you could make that one roof. Interestingly, it looks like there's a podium level in this proposal around the Chapel stand. Be nice if the glass to the Itchen wraps round the ground and does some funky colour show like at Bayern Munich =]
  5. Thought i'd do a quick one...given that we are going to be the new Barcelona...may as well copy their kit and go a bit retro Keegan at the same time ...and i don't care if the collar is wrong or the umbro logo is in the wrong place or it's last seasons model blah blah blah blah blah, it's a concept idea @ the9
  6. I think this is superb
  7. I genuinely enjoy the MLS (not sure if they still do it, but certainly used to) way of deciding a game...10 second, 1 on 1 from the half way line, dribble it in and finish...5 takers each team....still a sudden death penalty drama type situation...but a player's nerve, skills and finishing come more into play than just walloping it at the goalie from 12 yards.
  8. That's fantastic....so who would u suggest who is proven and scored at the highest level? Van Persie? Rooney? Aguerro?
  9. Oh..and apology is not accepted
  10. http://www.planningportal.gov.uk/planning/applications/decisionmaking/thedecision Now go and slowly f**k yourself, you over opinionated, know nothing toss pot troll. The designers of High speed 2 will happily fist you. did it occur to you at any point whilst you were writing your bullsh*t that i might actually know what i'm talking about? Moron. Go to school...and before you do that... go and read the original post that says 'once submitted' it takes 13 weeks for a decision. Bell end.
  11. Once the plans are submitted...it takes 13 weeks for the committee to make a decision.
  12. Planning Permission, once submitted, takes up to 13 weeks max. In theory, he could have had the design done and all the relevant consultations and permission granted easily since he's been here.... They could be building by now all joking aside. But we're not. It will happen eventually one way or another but it will be based upon a safe knowledge that we have high demand for tickets at the prices we are charging and what league we are in... Seriously son, how old are you? You're like a stubborn child... But I'm guessing you're about 27 and like said earlier.... Autistic and just can't see the wood through the trees.
  13. I'm beginning to think it's a case of 'keeping up with the Jones's' If every club is expanding, moving out of their out dated grounds, adding extra tiers etc etc.... going from 10,000 to 25,000 ... or 40,000 to 55,000 ... it's just a case of keeping us in that 'zone' where we are a middle tier club with big crowd potential as and when it's required... that and we have the money to spend so may as well do it whilst it's there and whilst the construction companies are scratching around for work.
  14. Does being insulted on the internet upset you ? Will you come and beat me up if I call you an illiterate uber fan loser? The subject has been done over and over and over in recent months and is, as said, being discussed on countless other threads.
  15. Just a hunch but i'm guessing he was comparing a League 1 club playing a premiership team in the FA cup and the attendance it created...rather than comparing 2 clubs directly. Attendance being the subject here.....
  16. Paying £25 to go and watch Saints for 90 minutes just about stretches it for some people.... when single game tickets start costing £45 to watch us play Man Utd, Man City, Arse, Chelsea etc...I bet demand disappears for a lot of genuine attendees simply being priced out... the flip side being, richer fair weather fans will obviously take up the demand and we'll probably still sell out. I've had a season ticket 12 years and been going regularly since the late 80's...quite frankly, if the season ticket prices are horrendous together with a balls or non existant installment plan... I might not be able to go and if i'm thinking that way..i bet there's bloody loads of people who are too, best team in the world visiting or not.
  17. Wow, you are an angry girl aren't you? Appalling sentence construction too. I think if somebody can't spell properly, then they should face criticism and ultimately be banned from forums and the internet for life.
  18. I wouldn't get too excited...i see and do these kind of masterplan exercises all the time...they rarely come to fruition...and if they do..it's years and years and years down the line and invariably ends up looking nothing like what is proposed early on.
  19. You're not a very nice man...but you are funny. Wanna come to the airport and get photos with me?
  20. Absolutely...was saying the same thing myself.....if you've been there (had a ST) during the **** times...would be nice to have some kind of recognition now that we've finally got back
  21. Why do you care about other people's perceptions? Your 'opinion' is that they have nazi undertones and that they look chavy and hooligan like..... Many other opinions' are that it looked f*cking cool. Everyone else thinks it should be a regular thing and that we should all go round beating the **** out of everyone else.
  22. Lolz
  23. These are superb . Thanks for posting.
  24. Just for clarity...you think having a red flare going off makes 'us' look like a bunch of European football (we are in europe by the way) hooligans? Because it looks 'chavy' in your humble opinion, of course. Or as pretty much everyone else on this thread suggests...having a flare go off covered the pitch celebration in a veil of red mist that added to the atmosphere and celebrations. What do you think is more dangerous... 25000 running onto a pitch from all directions..mostly alcohol fuelled, high off of football, potentially crushing players in the middle of the pitch or trampling on others as they try to get to the grass....poking someone's eye out with an umbrella....or 1 flare. You really are a big girl. Grow some ********. It was a flare...not a bomb. It's more dangerous not closing the Northam Road after the game. Where's your thread on that? Season ruined...red flare danger Bellend
