Or we won't play because of orders from the board in regards of the appearance fee in his contract.

How many chants did Super Kel have last night?

It was Kelvin for me. I thought Lallana had excellent second half but wasn't in the game much in the second. A big shout out for Jordan Robertson though had a better game than Lallana for me, he was a constant threat in leading the line. -
Get rid of Bart asap as he is a liability everytime he plays.
-
All you have to look at is Derby County's new american owners who haven't really put any of their own money into the club.
-
Their's very little difference to last season. We are still giving stupid goals away, struggling to create chance let alone score goals. The only thing different is the emphasis is on younger players and apart from the first few games where the football was better its now awful to watch just like last season which equates to one thing league one football next season.
-
Wilde said a few weeks ago that their was money available for a loan signing in that Q&A artilcle in the echo. But realisticly we could only probaly afford a player from sunday league team. The club needs something quick as were sinking quicker than the titanic.
-
Not another 'where's the money gone'. Its gone to pay the clubs mortgage & overdraft, the very high wage bill the club has since relegation and still currently has.
-
I would say current results with the cost of tickets for the football we are getiing at the moment and also that their seems little hope of the club going forward on the football (as in any chance of getting out of this league) front due to the financial state of the club.
-
Mr Burley use to say the same thing. Its a common statement to make by an opposition coach when his team has just beaten you.
-
But Wilde has said their is money to bring a loan player in his recent Q&A answer article in the Echo.
-
Thats why we concede goals because our full backs have no protection and we're always exposed at the back.
-
Some of the football is pleasing on the eye and better than last season but defensively we are just as bad as last season and we are struggling to score goals. This equates to only one outcome a relegation struggle for the whole season.
-
Well considering the ban David Prutton received for his push on a ref, some the bans which have been handed out recently have been very lenient.
-
The trouble is the big clubs were already aware of him anyway, the only reason Arsenal signed him when they did was to stop their rivals signing him (plus Walcott wanted to join Arsenal beacuse of the Henry factor). He would of gone anyway.
-
He looked very classy against Birmingham in the cup playing centre back.
-
The double save he made against Arsenal when we beat them 3-2 at St. Marys was as good as it gets.

Is the Premiership the promised land for the Saints?

Only if we get a multi-million ound backer. -
So much for the board selling our players

Unless teams want to buy the likes of Skacel, Euell etc then they won't be leaving. The trouble being that these players are on massive wages for the championship and the only clubs likely to be interested are our divisional rivals who can't afford the wages they are on unless the take a big pay cut ( which Skacel wouldn't do to join Ipswich). -

Campbell is only on loan at Spurs for the season. -
Same old problems playing against a side who play one up front and five in midfield, struggled to break them down and they always looked dangerous going forward. But the younger players will have learn quickly from this game.
-
Missing the game tomorrow but a mate is using my ticket, but least I can see it on tv at work.
-
I doubt if he comes cheap on wages either.
-
Promotion was never realistic anyway, just PR crao from Lowe, Wilde & Cowen. I always thought it would be very tough season once the club decided to go with youth due our financial situation. I just wish the board would stop mentioning promotion or the chance of it because unless our kids turn into wonderkids overnight.
-
To my mind we were never a realistic hope of promotion anyway, thats just PR crap from Low,
-
As we're be in League one next season I doubt we'll be seeing him in the Championship at SMS unless we play Stole in the cup or pre-season again.
