I should think because SLH are our parent company and its them and not the football club wh are going into admin. Teams like Luton, Bournemouth, Rotherham etc are different cases as they are not PLC's.
-
Its not just about english players, its other players from different countries that get called up who play for some lower league clubs. Yes the Peterboro goalkeeper has been called up to train with the England Squad before.
-
I think it shows the reality of how poor our squad is and the back up players aren't upto it.
-
Trouble is no of them score often enough.
-
So would Wotte like to explain who is going to score the goals to have any chance of us staying up?
-
Wolves who play away at Forest have taken 5279 tickets(not surprisingly sold them all), so it gives us an idea of what sort of allocation we could get.

Palace wanted Dyer/Gorre's son in demand

I'd like to think his value has gone up since his performances for Swansea have been generally good. -

Going on memory back in January I'm sure Swansea were knocked back with a similar bid when they tried to sign him full time and Martinez was quoted along the kines of this. -
The next 8 games...............................

Didn't realise we only had three home games left, looks like we're going to have do it on the road. -
Although we look more solid, in the last two games we don't look like scoring. We need to play with more width as this diamond formation in the midfield doesn't work.
-
Bad result, just as bad as losing.
-
I think we will get a narrow win 1-0 or 2-1. QPR have signed a spurs player on loan, adel taarsabt.
-
I think he's got lots of potential but has flattered to deceive so far. With Saints being in another relegation battle he's not what we really need at the moment as he goes missing to often for my liking, we need him to dominate but isn't good enough to do that yet.
-
Their is no such thing as a 'free transfer' all it means is the player gets a larger signiing on fee.
-
I probaly wouldn't change the team and certainly wouldn't bring Schneiderlin back as he's yet to prove his place in the team yet. I do worry about the lack of width we had last week against a very poor Preston team on the day. I do hope Chopra is injured come tomorrow as he is the real threat along with Jo Ledley, Ross McCormack & Paul Parry. Its got a draw written all over.
-
Cardiff's away form is interesting as they've lost only twice but drawn ten games. So odds on a draw.
-
He will be ideal for us in League One next season.
-
Someone like Parkin comes along and immediately makes you feel better about yourself. Maybe I've got career in football yet.......
-
I wouldn't give Adams any role at SMS unless he applied for the toilet cleaner, he is bloody awful as a manager.
-
Remember when Wotte took over, he told us that (as did Wilde) we could get a striker in on loan. What did Wotte say after the Bristol City game last Saturday we're struggling to score goals. Their's still no sign of a striker coming in (of any experience that has a track record of goals) apart from 18yr old trialists from Hoddle's academy. How do we expect to have any chance of winning a match if we've no chance of scoring.
-
Although Oakley was through our youth system, he started at Arsenal I believe.
-
I would say the backing of the team at the moment is not to bad considering the postion we are in on & off ther pitch, it could be far worse than it actually is in terms of team backing.
-
I play 5-a-side several times a week, I might get a game. The problem being at 34 I'm to old to play for Saints these days....
-
I'm sure they will come after Wotte.
