And he believes he's worthy of spending the next 10 years with us!!!
-
So Saints are playing Forest tomorrow ... Whether we win or lose I couldn't give a toss anymore as we're already deservedly relegated from the Premier league regardless!!! As for the remaining games against Fulham, Brighton and Liverpool, at least that's an easy 3 points for them all no doubt. This whole debacle of a season is without any doubt the fault of our useless management team, namely Rasmus Ankersen!!! ... He should be kicked out of our club immediately along with that useless so called manger Selles and his coaching team. A majority of the players should also be shown the door too!!!
-
100% agree there!!!
-
Are you for real!!!
-
Nathan 'Atom Ant' Jones ... What a bloody great revelation he is for Saints!!!
-
Seriously Nivea boy? ... Do me a favour!!!
-
So best case is a win. Second best is a defeat (MoPe gone!) Worst is a draw. Personally reckon that the best case is a loss ... That way surely the clown MoPe will be dust?!
-
Surely this philosophy could also work the other way though? ... A 20 something year old Premier league footballer earning more per week than most individuals could dream of earning in a year, playing as a top professional in arguably the most elite league in the world, and the fans are on their back! ... Surely with their natural 'win at all costs' competitive spirit, this should spur them on to prove the doubting fans wrong!
-
But if Pellegrino had any conscience he would do the honourable thing and resign!!!
-
100% agree ... FFS Saints get rid of Eric Black, and while you're at it, please give Les Reed the boot as well!!!
-
Entirely agree!!!
-
Entirely agree ... Get rid of that liability Black!!!
-
100% agree with you on this one Persaint. Needs highlighting that we have had so much possession yet get such a crap result !!! Something is obviously very wrong with the confidence and mindset of the squad at the moment. Time to sort it out and quickly. Personally think that it's the lack of a decent capable keeper. How the hell do you go from the 2nd best defence in Europe to this complete sham in just weeks ???

Interesting view from the opposition (LOL) .... The Match: Dramatic draw as did the huge cheer from the Old Trafford faithful when the teenager’s name was announced just before kick off. Januzaj can take it as a compliment that he received such close attention in further, card-earning challenges from Morgan Schneiderlin and Victor Wanyama. The youngster can mix it as well, getting booked in a tit-for-tat spell in the second half, and he will need to take a deep breath at times despite the provocation that he will undoubtedly experience. Opposition: Mauricio Pochettino’s side started confidently, passing the ball smoothly and getting into shape nicely, flooding the midfield when United had the ball. Overall they looked to be lacking a cutting edge, making their equalizer all the more galling for the Reds. But on this evidence the south coast outfit will be a thorn in a few sides this season. Move of the match: The sublime pass from Januzaj to Rooney showed off the teenager’s talents, and van Persie kept a cool head with Saints defenders desperately trying to deny him. In the stands: The way United supporters rose from their seats when Januzaj received the ball speaks volumes for the impact the 18-year-old has already had. The reaction of the visiting fans to their shock late equalizer was equally telling; prior to that their side had barely tested David De Gea, and they left Old Trafford grateful for a point from their late smash-and-grab raid.

NEED TO WIN THIS ONE BIG TIME (IMHO) ... Go in for the kill as early as possible knowing how Reading thrive on late goals of late ... Stuff them senseless with a 3-0 scoreline by half time !!!! ... Might them knock the wind out of their sails for the rest of the season !!!
-
Robert Earnsahaw & Dwight Yorke !
-
Time to sort it and fast ... simply NO EXCUSE !!!
-
Get a f*ckin grip .... Ffs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One game does not a season make, but why are we not currently up for the challenge especially bearing in mind we could have returned to the top of the league with a win tonight. Who's to blame ... An under performing team, a manager who currently seems to lack tactical awareness or owners who stubbornly refuse to move the club forward when there is a realistic opportunity ?????????
-
Indeed .... Just beggars belief !!!!!!!!

Pretty obvious bearing in mind Saints haven't lost a home game in a year and then go and blow it against the mighty Bristol City who incidently I take my hat off to for getting 6 points off us in a very short space of time !!!!!! -
Sorry for wasting everybody's time !!! Have been away and noticed that Sky reported this article today at 17:41 hrs !!!

It has just been reported on SSN that Richard Chaplow will be sidelined for a further few weeks !!! Not what I wanted to hear as I believe he is central to our hopes of pushing for an automatic promotion place Southampton manager Nigel Adkins has revealed that Richard Chaplow will be sidelined for a few weeks due to a knee problem. Chaplow had been hoping to be fit very soon after returning to full training, but suffered a setback ahead of Friday's home game against Bristol City. Adkins has now confirmed that the midfielder will not be back in action for some time, and admitted it is a blow to lose such a key man. Adkins told Saints' official website: "Unfortunately Richard has had a setback in his recovery. "He was back in full training the other day and looking great guns but he slipped in the turf and opened his knee joints a little bit so that is a bit of a setback, but I'm sure he will come back stronger than ever. Shame "He will be out for a few weeks, it's a shame as he was really close and back in training with the rest of the group, but the ground gave way underneath him two days ago and it's a setback for him and us. "He has worked really hard to get back into contention so it is a shame." Southampton, who have a three-point advantage at the top of the table, ended a run of three games without a success with a 2-0 home defeat of Crystal Palace on Boxing Day. Widely-travelled striker David Connolly came off the bench to figure in the victory and could be pushing for a start again against Bristol City.

Had a bad feeling about this fixture.... We always seem to perform at our worst against the relegation zone teams based in the North of the country !!!! -
good riddance to the glory seeking mercenary !!! ... Let's just see how well he can cope with the sudden pressure placed on his shoulders !!! (sure the old man must be happy with the pay check mind). A bloody great bit of business NC. Hope the proceeds are invested wisely to bolster our already good squad ... ONWARDS AND UPWARDS !!!
