Gaston "contacted by Fiorentina"

God, BS talks some BS... I was one of the biggest critics of our Summer spending, but all players bar Mayuka and Forren (who WILL be a starter next season) have all made a decent contribution to our season. -
That is what I call a ****ing beauty.

Got to say Weybridge is nice, especially if you like seeing big houses that you'll never be able to afford. We like it anyway. -
This summers dream signing would be??

Sorry mate, couldn't be @rsed to wade through all the guff above, but yes you're right (imho).

The reason as far as I can tell is as follows... With our high pressing game a lot of teams short passes get picked up by us as we try to dominate teams. Due to this the opposition teams try more long balls, meaning we need a CB that can win those. That is why in my opinion he is playing.

I think it was more the prospect of bullying. To me it sounds like a plea bargain to drop the rape charges, and as such the prison he goes to will be low security compared to the high security he'd endure if on rape charges.

Come on everyone, put your necks on the line. Where do you think we'll finish this season and for what reasons? For me, 14th. I think we have enough about us and the other teams will end up taking points off each other. For me this would constitute a successful season.

If he does I'm going to go after Hodgson...

I think all that was needed was the first sentence fella.

What an interesting summer we are in for...

I would say that, looking at our position now, last summers acquisitions were actually on the whole a success. However, it would have been nice to get them into the club earlier. We need to hit the ground running next season, and certainly with CB's it is imperative they build a partnership before the season starts. Due to this I believe that we will get another CB in early Summer to play alongside Forren. -

I'm not saying its disptoportionate to the last ban, just in general to the.offence/other punishments handed down by the FA.

A few more for those who don't believe anyone else thinks it's harsh... http://www.thesportreview.com/tsr/2013/04/luis-suarez-10-game-ban-harsh-danny-murphy/?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter http://www.sportinglife.com/video/23481/8669497/suarez-10-match-ban-harsh http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22287289 http://m.thisisstaffordshire.co.uk/story.html?aid=18799603 http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/liverpool/10015790/How-can-Luis-Suarez-be-punished-more-harshly-for-nibbling-someones-arm-than-others-get-for-breaking-legs.html

Unsurprising really... BBC pundit Robbie Savage thinks the*10-match ban handed out to Liverpool's Luis Suarez *for biting Chelsea's Branislav Ivanovic is "harsh". The former Welsh international said he would rather receive a bite from an opponent than a career-threatening injury.

Pochettino targets Champions League spot next season

Never felt we had this ambition under Nige, good to hear if not a little pie in the sky. -
I have never said it wasn't intentional? Sorry, I'm struggling to understand your point. My point is that the injury and the punishment is out of proportion with previous bans handed out by the FA. You're saying with that analogy that people should get the same punishment no matter the severity of the injury? What's your argument?
