'Murder' is the wrong word. A murder is the illegal act of killing someone, and most contain both the mens rea and actus reas (the mental state and physical act) to ensure murder is committed. If either are missing then murder has not been committed (see manslaughter etc). But yes, there are circumstances when killing someone is justifiable.

Lose some frigging weight, put on 22 pounds since last April (since I stopped gyming), putting me up towards the 18 stone mark. Need to get back to my ideal weight, so need to lose 2 and a bit stone.

Crikey, I thought I was bad. Of course he has got things right, however in the Premier League unlike the Champ and League 1 any mistakes made (and there have been a few) are exacerbated and thus noticed more.

I don't think people want him to leave apart from Glasgow Saint, and we all know that isn't for a footballing reason...

I recently watched Senna and saw Martin Donnelly's crash in the early 90's. I thought he had died and the feeling of dread at looking at his body after it had been thrown from the car was horrible. Frankly he was lucky to be alive. The same dread went through me when I watched Van Persie yesterday. Sickening.

Golden thread. People still don't understand that it is not juat either praising a player or slagging him off. This is the problem with this forum, you can't say anything without being branded a bedwetter, and then after a few good performances we are safe and everyone who has ever criticised are mongs. It may well be systematic of all football fans, but we really do have lot on this board.

I would say more logical to start Mayuka on the left, Lambert up front, Ramirez in the centre? One player out of position instead of our two most talented. By the time they changed things in the second half it was too late, Sunderland were controlling.

Just out of interest, I criticised NA earlier this season for strange team selections/players in the wrong positions/strange substitutions. Does today count as well?

I don't think ANY of our signings apart from Clyne have looked good enough for their money, but Ramirez joined late and had a bad injury, no pre-season etc. the problem isn't the player...
