  1. You sometimes think your on a animal rights forum haha!
  2. Christ this forum is the most negative and depressing thing I have read in a long time. Whilst I have no problems with a protest march against Lowe/Wilde some fans on here need to remind themselves that the most important thing about tomorrow is finishing the day with 3 points. You’d have thought Wotte called Saints fans ‘unloyal c*nts’ after reading the over the top responses!
  3. In fairness to McGoldrick he has scored 8 goals playing as an isolated forward with no support. He has shown what he is capable of on occasions but playing him on his own against two huge CB's will never ever work. We need a change in manager before it is too late. Give a young English manager a chance. That Leceister manager would have been perfect. Oh wait.....
  4. Agreed, Lallana is still a young player and still needs time to develop. His touch, short passing and dribbling is better than anything I have seen this season in the Championship. His final third still needs to improve but he still a very young player. In a season which has so far been limited in positives he is definitely one of them. Regarding McGoldrick whilst I am not the biggest fan of him to jeer your own young player is foolish and quite frankly plain dumb. Whilst this season has been frustrating I blame the board and management for some stupid decisions. You can't say that the players have not been giving it their all, certainly more than since the WGS days.
  5. "Plan B, I'll entertain the fans by showing them my moonwalk, the total football doesn't appear to be workng"
  6. 1 - 0 to Palace. Hoping that we will for once perform on TV.
  7. I would much rather watch this season's team than last seasons. Despite some ups and downs I have enjoyed watching the team this season. This season we are using our own youngsters, playing good passing football, playing with real passion for the first time in ages. Last season we were stuck with a load of players clearly not wanting to be there and playing ****e football with little passion. Some people on here will slate you for saying anything. Stop obsessively w*nking over Lowe for Christ sake!
  8. I have never understood the logic of some so called fans in boycotting games. We have a team of youngsters who show much more passion than any previous team in the last few years. Surely we should all be there supporting them. I understand that in this situation there will be a lack of attendances at St. Mary's but fans boycotting the games is just inexcusable. Look at Leeds who are in League 1 who get loads of support from their fans who have been through much worse. The whole concept of a football game is the matchday experience and for watching football not caring so much about the board that you won't go. To those who will be attending this evening like I will deserve a pat on the back as TRUE SUPPORTERS and to those who will be boycotting GROW UP and stop obsessing with Lowe ffs.
  9. I would certaintly not want us to lose tomorrow BUT when we do lose I would very much like to hear the "stand up if you want Lowe out" and "Swing Lowe...." to voice our opinions. That is after that game and if we lose. During the game we need as much support as possible!
  10. The reality of the situation is we are in big trouble this season. Any sensible fan would agree that JP is out of his depth with us [i.e. his choice of players, formation]. His style is more suitable for a dutch team in the 3rd Division. I will still support the team but I will also voice my opinion. I do not see a bright future for this club under the current circumstances. With no money. a fool of a manager, Lowe of course and a team of inexperienced reserve team players. This is the reality. Just you try and disagree. Either we get taken over or we will be in League 1 for certain.
  11. Why are we the most depressing team to support. There is no light at the end of the tunnel whatsoever.
  12. The light at the end of the tunnel is completely gone for me. The stupid dutch bloke is playing all these ridiculous formations, players out of position with IMO a potentially worse defence than last season, we never look like scoring ever. You try and restore my hope. Attendances are just going to keep getting lower. It feels like supporting the reserve team. With no disrespect to the players some of them are too young and inexperienced. Crist I sound like Alpine Saint but I'm just saying how it is to be honest. WE ARE ****ED!! Anything us fans do will not change a thing. Either we get taken over or we can look forward to league 1 football next season for sure.
  13. Never going to happen in a million years in our current state.
  14. The fans that were there were excellent really stuck with the lads when we were 2 - 1 down. 14,000 is a embarrassing attendance though. For a ground that holds 32,000 we have 18,000 empty seats!! Pathetic.
  15. A good point gained in the end. I think that the lack of experience and height in our defence [with Thomas injured and relying on Svensson] is going to come back and haunt us. Surman looks so out of place when it comes to defending as does James. We need to proper full-backs. Surman should play in midfield. Despite playing good football we still rarely look like scoring. BWP and Dyer should both start on Saturday IMO. I thought Dyer looked good before being replaced by BWP who also looked good. Defensively though we are awful!!
  16. Shame to lose him but what can we do in the financial mess were in. If Thomas is now sold it would be up there with the top 10 dumbest moments of SFC.
  17. This coming from arguably the sh!ttest paper in history.
  18. I couldn't make the game but reading this thread has got me buzzing.
