  1. Tin pot club, can't afford any wheels for their training goal posts.
  2. The pie thrower is back on. Our one day bits and pieces bowling attack is truly woeful! Play your best team FFS!!!
  3. Yeah, they recondition them and send them to the third world these days!
  4. They were definitely there, hadn't realised that they had moved.
  5. That's enemy territory for an Espanyol man.
  6. Yes but they haven't (yet) matched the valuation, just like they didn't with Forren.
  7. Blimey, wish my doctor would sign me off for 3 weeks with stress so I can escape the winter.
  8. Same people who "thought" there would be all out mutiny by the supporters last night. Got that wrong too!
  9. MP was talking to the players before and during the game and to the subs as they came on. Didn't seem to have any trouble making himself understood.
  10. I think that sometimes Puncheon doesn't help Clyne with the runs he makes. Several times tonight when Clyne wanted to take Baines on Puncheon took his space.
  11. He definitely wasn't fit enough when he came and several pounds overweight. He certainly looks like that has been rectified now.
  12. So the whole of SISA's membership then.
  13. I'll go first! To "House of the Rising Sun". There is a Back called Yoshida From the land of the Rising Sun, And may a striker tries to get past him And end up on their bum!
  14. He'll win "fan in the stand" one of these days!
  15. Lambert for me. I know he didn't score and probably should, by his own admission, have got a couple. His all round game was top notch.
  16. You don't know where his pants have been!
  17. Can't really add much to that!
  18. Probably because they don't have your number MLG. Neither SISA nor the Saints Trust represent the views of the fans (well maybe some) but the likes of Mick O'Callaghan and Nick Illingsworth are easy to get hold of for a sound bite because Sky and the BBC do have their numbers.
  19. Yes well done CL. I was quite an early poster now it's over 850!
  20. Because apart from setting the general budget, it seems they have very little input in the actual running of the club.
  21. Truth is it's a harsh and unpopular decision but nobody knows if it was the right one. Only time will tell! It could be start of an exciting new era but as others have said, it could be a disaster. I hope NC is proved right for the clubs sake but I am sceptical.
  22. But these were to replace Bart and Fourpast, as squad "ones for the future." He obviously wanted to go with Kelvin and Cortese like a lot of us didn't see him good enough for the PL.
  23. He didn't say that! The word "necessarily" has been conveniently missed out.
  24. Exactly, to me that table sort of counters their argument. Also the general standard of the opposition squads (and not just the big teams) is much, much better.
  25. Welcome and good luck Mauricio. I hope for your sake as well as ours that Cortese has made the right decision! BTW reading the BBC report and in particular hearing the comments of Guillem Balague has made me feel a bit better about the appointment.
