We are agreed there but other nations aren't as fussed. When the Germans field a team of half Turkish and half Polish players (with the odd Englishman, then I think we've got to move with the times, sad as that may be!

Rumoured bust up about Gaston. Flatly denied by MP. All on twitter!!
-
Bring on another striker like he did Sunday!
-
Jos was Tottenham's best player on Sunday!
-
I hundred percent agree with this but the problem is many of our competitors don't see it as an issue and at some point we are going to have a "if you can't beat them!" attitude. Already had it for years in cricket and the 2 rugby codes so I am convinced it will come to football and sooner rather than later.

Certainly wasn't the worse player yesterday and wasn't helped by the fact that for most of the match we seemed to play without a left midfielder, until JWP came on and Fox himself moved there.

lf England really want to pick a player, then they will do so. Gentleman's agreement or not and if Januzaj is still available when he qualifies, you just watch them pick him!
-
Him and 29000 others!

Did that matter when Pat van den Hauwe played for Wales?
-
Will be next season, whether he should be is another debate. Craig Johnston, Tony Dorigo and John Barnes all played for England on residency qualifications.

IMO Mick Mills, Ivan Golac and Jason Dodd are the best we've had (luckily not old enough to remember CB Fry, Bill Ellerington etc. Nat is very good and still young. If he continues to improve he could become one of the greats but then Chambers might overtake him and be better.

For the first time I really started questioning Poch's tactics, selections and substitutions. Really disappointed with the shape of the team. We were lopsided from the off. After the own goal Joss should have been subbed because his head had totally gone. I don't think the 3rd goal would have happened if he had have been, yet he took off Cork, who was one of our better performers, leaving Morgan too much to do.

I've heard of turkey & ham pie but not turkey & sprout pie!
-
Didn't see the Villa or Newcastle games but disagree he was poor against Chelsea and was excellent against Hull and City. Will definitely be in the team on Sunday IMO!

What are you talking about?

Really like Chambers but has a bit to go to be the equal of Clyne but then he is four years younger. If they both reach their potential and we can keep them, then we'll have a hell of an option at right back and may see Clyne play ahead of him at RMF.

Nope. Won't happen anyway. Look at the trouble Chelsea are having finding space around West London. Spouse they could move into Griffin Park when that's vacated.

Bless! It's a school night as well. Still with the early kick off they'll be home and tucked up in bed by 10. -

Just a fantastic game of football. I think apart from the 10 mins or so after they scored we shaded it and were unlucky not to win. I like others, were fearing the worst, with all the injuries but Cork and Davis were sensational in MF. Special mention for Chambers who kept Nasri pretty quiet most of the game. -
Everybody is forgetting that nothing is ever Redkrapp's fault!
-
I don't think he grasps the meaning of team!

We did and they signed Whittingham!

Incredible really after such a good team performance but AL was just unplayable. He is fitter, stronger and quicker this season and that paired with the outstanding talent, we all knew he had, makes him one of the best players in the country.
