  1. But anyone buying the club wouldn't buy the stadium lock, stock and barrel, they may choose to pay off a chunk of the £24Million but would most certainly restructure the loan with Aviva.
  2. I couldn't care two hoots TBH, just as long as Saints survive and then flourish under new ownership and he has nothing more to do with us.
  3. Yep! They Admin Guy was asked if Lowe was still involved and he confirmed that he was no longer involved in running the company nor the club.
  4. "David Jones and a gentleman by the name of Teddy Pointon (sic) are running the football club."
  5. They'd have to build a caravan park and stables as well, naturally.
  6. He needs 2 things to do this, 1) A business plan to make the club profitable and 2) Money to plough into the project. IMO, using the past 10 months as a reference, he has neither.
  7. Would only have worked if it was built, owned and run by an independant body and placed somewhere around Whitely or Swanwick. Their fans would never travel here and pay us for the priviledge, nor us there.
  8. It might do but Lowe, Wilde and Cowen HAVE resigned!! Both from the PLC, which was compulsary once Administrators were appointed, and the SFC board, which wasn't. Only Jones remains.
  9. Yes but wouldn't KB have to sell his stake in Leeds United before he could get involved with SFC?
  10. Teflon Jones is the only one left.
  11. Lowe IN!!
  12. Why not Southampton Saints AFC?
  13. Mine arrived in the post today! COYR!!
  14. I'm an XXL
  15. I think the trick is to get more bums on seats. Hiking the prices, especially in this economic climate, is not going to do this. Get people into the stadium on a regular basis (cheaper ST's, half ST's, blocks of tickets etc), will increase revenue and sales of matchday merchandise. Also away from PLC structure, the club can launch other money raising events, such as a 'Golden Goal/Matchday Lottery, which over the course of a season could raise a decent amount of cash.
  16. I think that you can only go cap in hand, so many times. Each time the overdraft was increased, Barclays would have needed assurances but obviously this time (at least) those assurances have not been met.
  17. I could have been but that would have meant Lowe admitting defeat.
  18. Shares were suspended today because we failed to submit our half yearly results to the LSE/AIM by the deadline (which was yesterday).
  19. ....When Askham took over from Woodford.
  20. But presumably instead of putting in money to prop up an ailing PLC, any deal now would be just for the FC and therefore any injection of cash would go directly into the football operations?
  21. Trousers only said he was sic(k)! HTH
  22. My split sides have only just about healed after that one.
  23. Confirmed on OS and just as worrying, Pulis also out for the rest of the season! http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/articles/article.php?page_id=11568
