  1. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?52882-Martin-Odegaard Deja vu!! Think he's going to Manure for megabucks!!
  2. Read somewhere he was out eor 10 days.
  3. Wasn't it us and Bournemouth that developed him?
  4. Sounded decent on Sky but it does often depend on where you sit as to wether you hear the away fans or the home ones for that matter. It is of course easier to sing and be load when your team is doing all the attacking and not spending an hour heart in mouth defending for their lives.

    Yoshida

    Absolutely agree with that.

    Yoshida

Played well but not a right back. I think in hindsight Koeman would have played Toby on the right and Maya in the middle. Hazard found it much more difficult once Gardos came on for him and Toby switched.
  7. Great defensive rearguard. Toby, Fonte and Targett excellent, Shame about the sending off meaning anither suspension for Morgan. Ref was a tit (as usual)!!
  8. I think he could do a job because he has a great engine to get up and down. Also doesn't disrupt the back 3 and allows us to play big Vic, Morgan and Davis in midfield, without the team losing his dead-ball/crossing ability.
  9. Good call IMO
  10. Not on Tuesday night he wasn't. Thought he was terrible!!
  11. Is Pelle not back? Surely it was only a one match ban??
  12. This. I don't know why he was taken off because he was much better than Bertrand on the night.
  13. From the Echo! The defender, who is from Eastleigh and has been with Saints since the age of eight, added: “I grew up supporting the club, so it’s good to sign a five-year deal here.”
  14. I think at the time of construction Lowe and Cowan thought or hoped we might be part of a World Cup bid and the expansion would happen part funded by the bid but of course we went bust before the bid process went ahead and Portsmouth was provisionally selected instead (that went well as indeed did the bid itself).

    Mane

He's a bit of an enigma really. He has bags of pace, decent skill, a trick or two but his first touch is generally woeful and he doesn't have a football brain. Was really surprised that he stayed on the whole game. Would like to see him play on the right of the 3 though. He might then be able to produce a cross that doesn't go into row F of the Northam. I'm sure the 'tater called him Guly at one point last night.
  16. Steffan Jones ‏@SteffanJones105 In Oz a young lad today scored 37 for his club then walked off. He walked off & said he finished the innings off for Phil Hughes. Awesome
  17. One song! We've only got one song!!
  18. You must have missed the second operation he had recently!
  19. Me too!
  20. RIP. A sad day for all involved and for cricket as a whole. Spare a thought for the poor guy that bowled the delivery. Must be absolutely devestated.
  21. Nailed on signing!
  22. To be honest he probably thinks his job is done at Saints. He obviously enjoys a challenge and boy what a challenge he's given himself there!!
  23. Tickets bought. Me and the lad (even with postage) £24 for both. Can't be bad.
  24. Don't think I've seen any PL team park the bus at home as Villa did last night. No wonder there fans are staying away!
  25. certainly got it wrong with Long in that position, were better with Tadic there. I don't think it would have been as noticeable if Prowsey had been fit to slot in there.
