I think it's both. With all the rubbish round there at the moment, it reminds of something out f the film 28 days later!

That big block of flats in Harefield is being knocked down and rebuilt. Most of the residents moved out last year. The Exford arms is going to be a Tesco Express. Harefield isn't that bad as council estates go, but it has it's fair share of effing noisy teenagers!
