Whilst I'm pretty happy with Boruc in goal, I do rate Pantilimon (unfortunate name though) who apparently wants out of Man City.

Its all about Norwich West Brom for me, if that goes against us we could be in trouble. As long as Norwich don't win that we should be ok, regardless.

This is the part I don't get when I see fans of other lower league clubs giving Pompey their support for the takeover. It clearly hasn't dawned on them that they've conned the British public into gifting them an all expenses paid world cruise to the Premier League. They've had a great old jolly on other peoples money and now the likes of Port Vale and Rochdale are welcoming them home as heroes? But of course its all ok as long its not the fans fault, right?

I was about 3 rows back from that tackle, an absolute beast. Nowhere near the ball, totally scythed him down like a piece of corn. Dyer rolled for about 10ft. Great game as well, had a good laugh with the Geordie fans after who were still pretty cheery despite the fact that we had denied them a champions league spot. Always liked Newcastle since that game.

Very average Championship left back. Suicidal PL left back. Must have the highest ***** ups / game ratio in the league.

Noticed that yesterday, he was still giving it everything right up to the 95th minute.

Not at all. You dont forget the sort of man that brought us the last 2 and a half years in 2 and a half weeks. Nigel Adkins is a class manager and we were priviliged to have him. Not to say I'm in anyway unhappy with the way things are going right now with Pochettino.
-
As fantastic a performance as that was, and it really was brilliant, that was really no different to how we've played in every other match under Pochettino so far. We press forward, don't let the opposition settle, when we win it we show great composure with the ball, especially Cork, Schneiderlin and Lambert and above all we play progressive postive football. This result was coming and mark my words they'll be more like it between now and May. Relegation? Not a chance. Outstanding.

Can't recall either of them misplacing a pass, getting caught in possession or losing their man last night. It makes it so much easier for the front four to play creative attacking football, and the back four to concentrate on dealing with the front men. First names on the teamsheet for me.

Completely gutted, I really felt Adkins could keep us up and then push on next year and long term. Who knows what is going to happen now but I'd be willing to bet that in 2 years time Nige is managing a team above us in the league. He is a future England manager. If Pochettino doesn't hit the ground running then this is going to look even more stupid than it already does. One Nigel Adkins.

Admittedly I've not watched every game this season, but I must be missing something. He's been one of our best players in most of the games he's played. He's not Messi, and is maybe a bit "luxury" for some matches but he's clearly a class act. You don't pay off a 12m transfer fee in 6 months. This thread will be an embarassment in 18 months time.

Missed opportunity, but at least we got a point in the end after completely blowing an extremely winnable game against a very average Fulham. Adkins substitutions really didn't help, we really needed Rickie that last 20 minutes. Rodriguez looked better up front than out wide but missed his big chance. Jos, again. We really need to be winning games like that. We are definitely in a relegation battle.

We will be as good as down by Christmas at this rate. Lose to this sh1t and we don't deserve anything less.
-
Ref's not had the best game so far. Fulham are a bit industrial.
-
Hate it, possibly the worst home kit in our history. The white away kit on the other hand looks great.
-
It's not the most intuitive builder in the world and is a real pain to manage updates and add content. Its pretty good for something like a basic home business front page, but as Wurzel says its not very user friendly so you won't want to be messing around with your site much.

Not good at all. Never really looked a threat, always looked a man light in defense. They passed us off the park second half. Hate to start the Guly-bashing so early but did he not lose the ball every time he had it today? Still don't see what he offers us apart from slowing down play long enough for our midfielders to get forward leaving us woefully exposed when he inevitably gets caught in possession.
-
Ref's had a shocker there for their second.

For what its worth Martinez would be my pick if we ever parted with Adkins for any reason. He would be a perfect fit for this team and what we are trying to do as a club.

I'm agnostic about God to roughly the same degree that I'm agnostic about my chances of survival if I chop my own head off. Thats a different type of Agnosticism to which that many people hold and to all intents and purposes is Atheism. Lets not get to bogged down with semantics though! Back to the original point, there are some nasty characters about irrespective, however religion does seem to play some role in justifying some horrific acts in the perpetrators mind. I feel we could do without that in the world. On the flip side, I just don't buy the argument that society in some way needs religion to provide morality. People just need open-minded education.

I was at the Uruguay - Senegal game. Although Uruguay were pretty poor overall, that was mainly down to Suarez and Cavani being excessively wasteful and their defenders being hopelessly outpaced. Ramirez was their best player by a long way, pulled the strings and put the strikers through several times. Looked dangerous from set pieces, composed on the ball and technically excellent. I think he got booked for a pretty rough tackle as well so in all he did a relatively convincing impression of Paul Scholes.

Have I already missed half the season? People panicking before a balls been kicked in anger. What happened to the optimism we had in May? Nothing has changed, we have signed a couple of players and we aren't suddenly a terrible team because we got beat by Udinese so can we save the negativity at least until we genuinely look like relegation fodder. Adam Lallana will put in some poor performances over the season, contrary to popular belief he does not make Messi look ****e. However, he is a very good player who will contribute his fair share of goals and assists. Quite how you can judge he's gone backwards just from a pre-season is beyond me.

Could there not just be a thread specifically set up for the "forum personalities" to discuss their differences rather than clogging up every single thread. They can still comment constructively on the other threads but if they want to comment on eachothers posts they can do it on their own? Would make reading the forum much less of a waste of time.

If we win the league then I won't have a bad word to say about the kit.
-
If it really looks like it supposedly looks there no way I'll be buying it. In the nicest possible way it looks gash. I'm not overly fussed about the design, whether its stripes, sash, rank xerox, quarters, halves or even blooming hoops, the main thing is that it is red AND white. This is just red and terrible.
