Myprotein Sponsor Looks Promising about Sports Science

That would explain a lot. Have you considered stopping? -
"I wonder how he would fare at Arsenal, with the negative support, that boos the team off at half time at 0-0, or boos and villifies players for making mistakes." Because we'd never do that would we?!
-
The trial will be next season now - won't happen before the new season starts

I'm a lawyer - not an employment lawyer - but if he is found guilty then I cannot see how he has not also brought the club into disrepute. Does bringing the club into disrepute translate into gross misconduct? Hard to argue against that I think. Will be a very tough decision for the club if this happens. We all know however that if we did sack him then another club would snap him up immediately which would slightly make a mockery of sacking him!
-
If he is found guilty then he will almost certainly receive a custodial sentence. If he does, then do the club sack him? Can't personally see that they have a lot of choice but to do so. I know we shouldn't speculate on such things but I just have a bad feeling about this one.

Another regime to bomb the f**k out of
Armitage Shanks replied to alpine_saint's topic in The Lounge
Your last sentence - you have to be saying this tongue in cheek? That or you are not very bright. To equate someone buying a tv or something similar to someone who tortures a 13 year old boy to death is rather stupid. -
She looks like a rubber doll in that first picture. What a moose. I like the piece in the article where they refer to the fact that she has "blisters" on her lip. You mean, a cold sore i.e. Herpes. Say no more.

We didn't miss him at the end of last season when he was out injured. We therefore know we can live without him. The key thing here is to ensure that we get as much of the transfer fee, whether it be £10 mill or £14 mill, up front, as well as having a sell on clause. With that kind of money we can strengthen the squad and give us a real chance of a top 6 finish. That gives us a better chance than not having the money and keeping AOC.

What is wrong with most people in today's society? We now live in a country (thanks to years of a Labour government) where people seem to get upset about the slightest thing or take the greatest offence to the most innocent of off the cuff comments. There appears to be a need for people to apologise about everything and anything despite something being said quite innocently. If this country wants to rebuild, people (including people on this forum) need to get off their high horse (mongrel horse or otherwise) and grow a spine and stop bloody whinging.

Are there really? If so they need working on.
-
He was a complete nob. I made an assumption that he was somehow connected with the club but he obviously wasn't. Shame that Forecast didn't punch him.
-
Not sure if you intended to be funny but your post made me laugh a lot. Especially the last two sentences. Also, "Mongtard" is a new one to me and I shall be using it from now on.

How many Saints games have you been to this season?
Armitage Shanks replied to The Cat's topic in The Saints
I had to read this a couple of times to believe it. What a very large chip you have as well as a significant inferiority complex. Were you abused at school? -
Might well have one but won't know until tomorrow morning. My son is meant to be playing cricket and if he does then I will have a spare ticket. All weather dependant. I know its a bit last minute but the best I can do. If it becomes free I could meet you at the ticket office so that we can convert the ticket into an adult ticket. I'm not looking to profit - just pay the face value for an U12 ticket. I'm travelling down from Warwickshire so can definitely let you know by 11am at the very very latest. Pm me and give me your mobile number.
-
No Hatch - I'm with you. Not a clue who he is. Don't know why but he sounds about 12 years old.
-
Does anyone know how to turn an Under 12s ticket into an adult ticket? I assume that it's simply a case of going to the ticket office before the game, handing over the U12 ticket and paying the extra to turn it into an adult ticket. Is this right? The reason I ask is that I have four tickets for Saturday but my son may not be able to come. If he can't then I will have this U12 ticket up for grabs. I won't know for sure until Friday. If people interested want to PM me then I'm happy to sell it to them for face value if it becomes available. Can't do more than that at this stage but don't want an empty seat!

Top 6. Great momentum, strong squad and good financial backing. We will do it.

Walsall may well sell out. They need points to stay up
-
Huddersfield will not draw at home to Brentford. I'm willing to have a bet with anyone on that if they want to take it.
-
What is clear is that a point is no use to either team on Monday. After today Walsall will need to come to us next weekend needing to win to be sure of staying up. This will suit us in both games.

Flag Man - Was he Saints/ Did he exist?
Armitage Shanks replied to JackanorySFC's topic in The Saints
To hear that he was nicknamed "World Cup Willie" at the 66 World Cup Final doesn't sit comfortably with me now when I hear he was a pederast. Allegedly of course, but since you cannot defame the dead, who cares. Filthy old pervert. -
Saturday - Brighton 1 Huddersfield 1; Brentford 1 Saints 3 Monday - Plymouth 2 Saints 1 Saturday - Huddersfield 4 Brentford 0; Saints 2 Walsall 1 We go up on the final day but only needing a draw to do it, but we'll go 1 down early on

How many tickets sold for hartlepool and walsall?
Armitage Shanks replied to Roger's topic in The Saints
At 9am this morning I was told by the ticket office that the whole of the Northam, Kingsland and Itchen (save for the Itchen/Chapel corner) had sold out. Not even single seats left. So this appears to be right. -
"Almost" being the key word there. We're not there yet. Wind it in for now otherwise you may come to regret this post.

Got 4 tickets this morning. Was told that the whole of the Northam, Kingsland and Itchen are sold. Only tickets left were in the Chapel/Itchen corner, the family enclosure and some individual seats in the Chapel. She reckons it will sell out today.
