  1. Kevin Bloody Wilson "Kev's Courtin' Song" Lyrics here. Best not click on the link if you are easily offended or a wee bit young: http://www.lyrics007.com/Kevin%20Bloody%20Wilson%20Lyrics/Kev's%20Courtin'%20Song%20Lyrics.html
  2. Agree, most likely it would mean relegation
  3. were these the Ruskies who owned a bank and had their offices in some back water of London above some music shop? I get very confused with the comings and goings of Poopey.
  4. I do love the way everyone has a different opinion about players. As it is subjective I tend not to respond. But.... AL7 and RL9. Personally I would give them their shirt numbers. AL was so far ahead of everyone else that it is risible to give him less than RJ, Guly, LB and RL. As for RL he did put in some top passes, but for me he is a striker and should be putting himself in positions to score rather than ambling around the pitch. His shot late in the second rather summed up his striking last night. Tame. Also thought that the defence was very lucky at times, and against a better team should have been punished badly.
  5. I am sorry, but that picture doesn't really show how bad it was. From that angle it looks like they had twice as many as they did.
  6. How many did Charlton bring tonight? 200? Less? Pathetic, truly pathetic
  7. 5 more coming along, although some of us are interested to see if Bale can destroy the Spaniards.
  8. Their remaining games look a right ***** to be honest. Posh, Dons and Brighton speak for themselves. Charlton have found a bit of form (hopefully not tomorrow though). I did say that Charlton might hold the key for us and was told that they hadn't won in 8 games or something like that. Dag&Red are fighting for their survival, so while on paper it should be a home banker, stranger things have happened. Brentford, no doubt too far for a play off place, will most likely have nothing to play for. Maybe that will relax them and they play well - hard one to call.
  9. Hmmm! Only one problem that I can see with the advert. It claims to be RHD, so unless it has had a conversion and the photo is not of the car for sale.......! Bloody amateurs, esp when trying to get £150k!
  10. £150k is a bit pricey isn't it?
  11. It is strange that there aren't more black managers considering the number of players that are black. The wife beating dogger can bang on about racism all he likes, but it just reinforces the image of the chippy little ***** that he is. I can't believe that it has anything to do with not being given the opportunity as there are just too many players to all have been turned down. That is unless Chairmen look at the leadership skills of African leaders and draw some sort of parallel but I can't imagine that that is the case. Question is, do these black players actually try for management once they hang up their boots? Take the wife beating dogger for example - has he tried management or has he just gone for the media instead? As for the PL, I do think the situation regarding managers is a little racist. If you are English, you seem to have very little chance of managing a decent side. 6 are English (if you include McCarthy as English rather than Irish), 6 Jocks, 2 Frogs, 2 Eyties, 2 Welsh, a Spaniard and an Israeli.
  12. Cheap 18th......go to Tesco or Asda and buy yourself a bottle of vodka for about £7 something. Job done.
  13. I woke up to see the 1st corner and Vettel crossing the winning line. Did I miss anything in between?
  14. who is the better driver - Button or Hamilton?
  15. http://www.thefirstpost.co.uk/75799,sport,football,bernie-ecclestone-wants-artificial-rain-to-increase-the-fun-in-formula-1 Is he saying that F1 is boring?
  16. In one of my first cars, you used to be able to slip the gear leaver over to reverse (without pushing up to engage) which would turn on the reverse lights, while you coasted in neutral. Confused a few people. As for braking, not really worthwhile. I just do the sensible thing of slowing down to make sure that there is a big braking gap in front of me (as need one if someone is up your jacksie). If I am bored then I will drive at the same speed as the vehicle in side of me and the person up me behind can drive as close as he wants for as long as he wants. I have been driving long enough not to be intimidated by this sort of behaviour. Having said that, remember doing the proscribed 50mph on the M42 thru the roadworks (favourite place for the OB to pull you for speeding) in the middle lane, when an artic comes and sits on my bumper trying to barge me out the way. Then self preservation kicked in, I overtook the car in front of me, slowed down to 50 ish and let the car behind take the trucker up his rear end.
  17. Get a nice one and then go see these boys: http://www.bbrgti.com/product_details.php?id=11646
  18. Not sure Japan was one, nor Indonesia (previously known as the Dutch East Indies) {combined population about 16% higher than USA}
  19. Changed when I drive the mrs's car but in my car I get too easily tempted. But in reality, changing driving style is going to save what 5-10%, which while good, is not really a solution to the pounding of the wallet. I don't really get overly worked up by another 1p price rise as that is 70p a tank. What I want is prices to be at £1 or less. 40p a litre x 70 litres = £28 I have changed my attitude though. In the old days, I used to say that this regressive tax was "good" (especially as I drove less miles than average), but now everything has got soooo expensive it is causing problems. Interesting to see the price of red diesel. It is currently at about 70p a litre (or 84p inc VAT).
  20. B - Call the OB. While he might be a harmless(ish) pervert praying on the elderly, what happens if he decides that they are too old and goes after kiddies instead? He needs to be put on the sex offenders register.
  21. Very strange that all are quite similar for you two and then AFCB is 20 miles further for Delldays! Surely some mistake.
  22. 4.95 miles L2 AFC Bournemouth 18.02 miles L1 Southampton Football Club 29.48 miles PR Portsmouth Football Club 43.00 miles L1 Yeovil Town Football Club 54.30 miles L2 Aldershot Town FC 55.36 miles L1 Swindon Town Football CLUB 56.02 miles CH Reading Football Club RG2 0FL 60.50 miles CH Bristol City Football Club 62.01 miles L1 Bristol Rovers Football Club 69.88 miles L1 Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club BN1 1YR Previous address (first part of last year). Awful place to live on match days and when they won the PL and paraded. 0.73 miles PR Chelsea Football Club 1.08 miles PR Fulham Football Club 3.12 miles CH Queens Park Rangers Football and Athletic Club
  23. Can I just be a little pedantic. VAT increasing from 17.5% to 20% is a 2.1% increase in prices. (120/117.5 = 1.0212765)
  24. Kleber Chala Cost anywhere (supposedly) from £350k £1m depending on how you want to split the Delgardo package up Did anyone ever see him play Couldn't speak a word of English so WGS didn't pick him (which is funny really as WGS can't speak English either).
